Hi. If i subscribe to the stock photos and then buy a number of photos for my website...then i cancel in a year....can i still use the photos on my website or are they only allowed to be used if i have a subscription? Thanks

I am an occasional user who purchases a single image at a time. Because I use photoshop, I need my images to be in "open in ps" format, not .ai format. Yesterday I licensed an .ai image, but when I try to download it to my computer and click on the "open in ps" button, I receive a message that this feature is only available through Creative Cloud. Is that true? Is it no longer possible to download a licensed .ai image in .jpg or similar format directly from the website?

Hi, I was trying to cancel my membership to stock and found myself in the cannot cancel until I update my payment details loop. I was advised by support to update and then cancel as my account was suspended, this turned out to be a mistake because now I have been charged for a month and have no access to the service.After a frustration experience with the online chat I am pretty upset with the whole experience.Can someone please help here?ThanksMark

Hi, I purchased this image: Realistic red maple leaf isolated on white background - image | Adobe Stock and every time I try to open it, Illustrator crashes. I have tried closing all of my Adobe apps, rebooting, nothing. I just get a blank black screen and Illustrator stops responding.  I am using a Mac, with the latest versions of all the apps. I seem to have been suckered into the same membership scam for Stock as other users. I'm a CC subscription member and am happy with the monthly payment model.It appears I have signed up to a YEAR long contract that enforces a cancellation penalty fee should you wish to cancel before the end of the year contract. Upon trying to cancel, I was given an option to continue the membership for 60 days "for free." I though I would be able to cancel my contract at that point. It appears after a chat with customer service that I am still in contract until January 2018.I feel I was mis-sold this product. I am not a professional and had hoped to use my trial to acquire ONE image. I am now committed to £24 per month until 2018. Please can you advise as to how to remedy this issue? I am very disappointed that Adobe would lure users into such a strict contract without being explicit.

For the past 24 hours I have marked upwards of 500 photos to save to a named folder in my Adobe CC Stock library, for a project on deadline. Now I'm preparing for the final stage of the project, and only 179 of the photos are in the library! This happened once before, months ago, and it was a disaster. Do I have to check my folder every single time I save an image, even though it says the image saved to folder? The 179 images that saved were on a library computer using Chrome. The remaining ones (missing) were saved to the named folder on my updated iPhone 6 and now using safari on a library computer.Does Adobe have a record of my saved images?Please help!

Hello Adobe Forums,I signed up for the trial free month of Adobe Stock and went to cancel it today. When I tried the self cancellation method I was told there would be a $150+ fee! I was quite shocked and contacted support for help understanding why canceling my trial month would result in a fee. The support rep insisted I keep the account or pay the fee, and could only help me with a two free months of service. While they were helpful they were not able to help me cancel the subscription without incurring this surprise fee.Can you help me understand why I can't cancel my trial month of Adobe Stock? As a follow up, how was I unknowingly put into an annual contract with a service instead of a single trial month as advertised? Please help! I know I can't I use an image on a product (t-shirt or mug) if the reason for the buyer to purchase the product is the image. For example, just slapping up a picture of a penguin on a shirt and calling it a day.HOWEVER, my question is: If the product already has value based on the text on the shirt, for example, the shirt says: Penguin Wrestling Champion and then there is a silhouette image of a penguin I downloaded from Adobe Stock, does the license cover that usage?Also, am I allowed to edit the images?Thanks for your help.

Can I download a standard license stock photo to use on gift cards, since the main value of the product is not the image itself?

I have licensed several coloring book pages to use for my 501c3 organization's educational program. This seems fine - but my question is, i would like to allow several other organizations the ability to download a PDF that has this image embedded - there will be text added and the image is not able to be used standalone. This would be a free download for other 501c3 organizations - so I would not be profiting off of it. Would this be permitted under a standard license so long as reprints stayed under 500k?
