Hi, I was wondering if someone can clarify and confrim what I can and connaot do with images I download from Adobe Stock. I was potneitlaly wanting to use images that I have downloaded onto my bsuiness webiste and social media. The images are only as an image they are not linked to my business, not branded with compnay logo or I wouldn't be selling these images its just something to look at when describing my bsuiness and webiste. I have used adobe express for creating my logo from scratch and it has the potential to create linkedIn banner etc but I want to make sure I know what I can and cannot use. Alos want to udenrstand what I need to do to make sure I am following everythting correclty, I would not be editing the photos either would jsut be placed on social media then discusing more about my business. Any help and guidance is much appreciated.
Hi!I have the same problem. I would like to cancel my subscription. Could you help me with this?Advance thanks!Julia
Just wondering how this works, I have the Photography subscription plan but am browsing assets for upcoming music videos. I tend to grab lots of video pieces and work on assembly by choosing from a wide palette rather than going to have to stop editng and search for something else every time I need another clip. (I only use a small portion of what's on hand - but if I get punished for downloading too many obviously I would have to change the process)Is there a limit on "Free" downloads? Does it vary depending on if you're a subscriber, or what plan etc.? The breakdown for this doesn't seem very transparent, unless it's truly free with no limits.
I am trying to download from Adobe Stock #682639238 and when I try and open it in Inkscape I get and error stating "Failed to Load the Requested File". I can open the jpeg version just fine but I am unable to edit it. When I try and convert the ai file to and svg ending in Pixillion I get a message stating the file is corrupted. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I don't do editing enough to stay up to date. Any help is greatly appreciated.
How can I automate the process of purchasing and downloading assets from Adobe Stock using the API? I frequently buy assets for projects, and I’m looking for a way to streamline this, ideally with an automated workflow. Is there an API endpoint or recommended method for handling both the purchase and download steps seamlessly .I'm looking to streamline this process for my new project .
Does anyone know why I keep getting this alert displayed above? I have an adobe adobe account through my work and the past month I have not been able to use the assets downloaded from adobe stock. I'm thinking it could be my works firewall. I have tried dowloading in chrome and microsoft edge with the same issue. When I go to libraries and try to open up the document it gives me that script error. "This item cannot edited because it is still being downloaded" And when I go to my adobe library it says it is licensed but I can't use them. I included two images below, the second one is a screenshot of what one of my library folders looks ike.
I had almost 50 credits which were fully paid. I had my account for several years, being a web designer. Then, as I am now 76, and think to retire, I stopped my Stock Image subscription, and didn't allow Paypal to pay Adobe, monthly as usual. I am now 76. But I found out that I have lost all my paid credits, even those which were fully paid. I find that very unfair. The other proble is that it seems impossible to join an human being.... there is no real support if you want to stop the Stock image subscription. Who ca help me? [Moderator cured the topics. The main problem for me is filtering when viewing specific creator catalog and finding new content is almost impossible within portfolio. And this is a problem if you rely on few creators mostly. So basicaly you can use all the filters available in main search within portfolio, by adding link separators. For sorting by newest image it would be: &order=creation When you first open creator's portfolio, link will look like this:stock.adobe.com/lv/contributor/205936499/dariusz-jarzabek?load_type=author&prev_url=detail To sort by newest you have to add &order=creation at the end of it.stock.adobe.com/lv/contributor/205936499/dariusz-jarzabek?load_type=author&prev_url=detail&order=creation Another thing is that some creators have switched to AI generated content. And I know some good creators that I wish didnt do it, but thats a whole another talk. Baseically again in portfolio front page add &filters[gentech]=exclude at the end of a link
Bonjour, J'acheté une image Premium par erreur sans aucune confirmation qui m'a couté 750 crédit, j'aimerai beaucoup les recupérer et c'est assez urgent Merci !
Hello, I opened this account around March and bought the Creative Cloud all applications package, but at the same time, for some reason I didn't understand, they sold me the Adobe Stock package and I don't use it and they are charging me for nothing. I want to cancel it because it doesn't work for me and I can't use it.
I'm thinking of cancelling my Adobe stock contract.I know that if I cancel, all my credits will be lost. However, I don't know if my credits will be restored if I re-subscribe.If anyone has knowledge about this, please let me know.
We prefer to use images of models NOT looking at the camera, especially the classic yet boring stock image of someone crossing their arms and looking at the camera. How do I filter out these types of images? If it is not possible, please consider adding this to the filtering preferences. Thank you.

Hi, I licensed an "Editorial Only" image before I understood what that meant. I wanted to use it for a 404 page: "One doesn’t simply find this page." - Boromir meme. However, I discovered that I can't use it on my website because it is a business website. So, I removed it and don't need it anywhere else. I would like to return it.Thanks for your help!I looked up the issue on Adobe Community. The only way others resolved it was to post here. I'm not sure how else to contact Adobe.
I have been paying for the Adobe Suit and as well as the other plan for assets every month. Today I see that these assests can not be used for many videos? Is this correct? I'm having a hard time believing that they are charging over 100$ for 5 second thought bubble asset that is litterally just a stroked black circles with like 3 keyframes? The 4k version (of this same black circle outline) is almost 300$. I must not be understanding this correctly? That seems very scammish to me, its like the equivalent of charging $100 for a roll of toillete paper?
I tried doing a monthly subscription, and didnt see that it was a annual plan, is there a way i dont get charged 400 dollars if i cancel it?
I have Adobe Stock educational license through my university BA course. Can I use licensed stock images included in my Education License as visual references to create derivative works (vector graphics, illustrations etc.) to use in a university project? Non-commercial. Do I have to use stock images marked 'Commercial' or can I use the ones marked 'Editorial' as well as long as I am not heavily eaditing the original image itself but an illustration or graphic from it?
I've discovered I am paying £23.99 a month for Adobe Stock and have tried to cancel it but cannot login to my account. Is there a way to cancel it without logging into my account?
Hi there, I accidentally clicked license button for asset ID #694682306. Can I please have it removed and the license credit reissued? It's a little frustrating as a customer for this to happen. I'm also having trouble understanding why I should continue to pay for Adobe Stock monthly for such a small amount of asset licensing. Other companies are offering unlimited downloads for half the price, what is the advantage of using Adobe Stock and what is the justification for paying such a high price per license? I know support staff are here to help and bear the brunt of community complaints and I know its my choice to subscribe. I'm honestly just trying to learn and provide feedback here. Thank you
Hi,I've just accidentally clicked the blue licensing button when trying to get a closer look at an image for research (File #: 108429960) - trouble is, I'm logged in via my work account. Please can this license be redacted and any credit/payment refunded?
Dear Adobe Support Team,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the deactivation of a contributor's account, ID 211087851, registered under the name Dimas Rizki Pratama. I have consistently used this contributor's designs for my work on Adobe Express, and I have found them to be incredibly valuable for my creative projects. The recent deactivation of this account has caused significant difficulties in my design workflow. I would greatly appreciate it if you could reconsider the decision and reinstate the account. As a loyal Adobe Express user, I rely on the quality and uniqueness of the contributions from this designer, and their absence has noticeably impacted my productivity. Please let me know if any further information is needed or if there are any specific reasons for the deactivation that can be addressed. I trust that Adobe values its users' experiences and the contributors who help make the platform exceptional.Thank you for your time and
