Its been more than 2 month, adobe didn't approve my AI images, these are still in pending, before that it doesn't take so much long time, all my images got approved within 15 day, what should i do? Do I continue to submit more images or wait to approve these pending images and then continue again??

I posted this on Photoshop Ecosystem, but, alas, no andwer. Anybody here experiensed the same problem. It's so frustrating.? I enter the title and keywords into basic metadata in Adobe Bridge, but after I got a new mac computer, the keywords no longer appear when I upload images to Adobe Stock and others. Are thre any other methods?

Hello all, I have submitted an old photo I took of a CPU chip with its pins facing up. Adobe however thinks it was AI generated, and flagged it as inelgibile because it lacked the AI tag in the submission. How do I prove that it was not AI generated and have them review it again? Probably a long shot though... I have attached it for reference. 

Apparently these are vector illustrations only, which include people. I don't know whether the users are doing this or automation oro what, but it really needs fixing if the library is to stay viable. Thanks.  

Hello! While I was searching for an extended license image, I found the one that I wanted and went and clicked purchase and as it was purchasing, I saw that it was not the image I had clicked on!Does anyone know if there's a way to get a refund for it so I can purchase the correct image? I haven't downloaded it because it's not the one I needed.Thanks!

File #: 652325365FIle #: 526910740File #: 526910720 These are all sliced JPGs groupped and embedded inside a .ai file posing as vector files.  They are pixelated.  Big files can resize, but not vector files.   I suspect more of the same from the same author.  I really like the designs and I want to use them, but at least these three are NOT vectors, which are what I need 

I have licensed asset 605322425 and when downloaded one of the bottom layers (the light blue "stripes" coming up from the bottom left corner) do not appear. Additionally, the woman in the image appears chopped up and broken. When I turn the layer of the stripes off in the vector file downloaded, the woman appears as she should, but the stripes do not appear. When I attempt to redraw the stripes, I am unable to place them into the original group in the layers above the background layer. I have spoken with tech support on the phone multiple times and no one can figure this out. I have downloaded a number of assets from this artist and have the same issue with every one of his pieces, of which there are dozens, if not a hundred or more. Anyone have an idea here?

Just a quick note to WARN YOU not to purchase anything from Adobe website. I've been downloading the "profesionnal update" for more than 2 hours. I've google it, and it seems that tons of people face the same issue. There is something wrong with Adobe ... terrible customer experience. I will cancel my paiement right away.

This morning we phoned up and migrated my personal account (of 12 years!) over into a Teams account. I had over 100 Rollover adobe Stock credits which have not been carried over, how can we get those back? Thanks.

Jetzt wollte ich die Lizenzen überprüfen wegen einer evtl. zukünftigen Abmahnung, da das ja gerade Mode zu sein scheint.Da es Fotolia nicht mehr gibt, wollte ich den Account, wie angegeben, mit Adobe synchronisieren. Leider bricht diese Synchronisation immer bei 66% mit einer Fehlermeldung ab. Ich wurde bereits vom deutschen Chat-Support mit einem englischsprachigen verbunden, doch auch der konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen, sondern hat mir nur eine Support-Hotline in USA genannt.Hat sonst jemand vielleicht noch einen Tipp für mich oder hatte jemand das selbe Problem?Vielen Dank im Voraus, Susanne

I have a Stock plan and a bunch of credits saved up. I'd like to take advantage of one of the offered Photoshop + Stock plans but I dont' want to lose my saved credits. If I switch plans from Stock only to a bundled Photoshop+Stock will my credit transfer or get canceled with the old plan?

Note: I can't find any other way to report this issue, so I apologize if this isn't the right place. A contributor has used the word "Jewish" inappropriately in the description of some of their images, in a way that is antisemitic. That word needs to be removed from the descriptions. Here's what happened: Yesterday I did a search for "Jewish clipart" since I'm designing a flyer for my synagogue.  Mixed in amongst the first page of results were images of cartoon rat people, apparently because the creator included the word "Jewish" in the image description (there is nothing specifically Jewish about the visual character design).  The images on their own are not necessarily offensive, but using the word Jewish to describe them and displaying them in a search for Jewish artwork is deeply upsetting because antisemitic language often refers to Jewish people as "rats" or "vermin." Here is one of the images.  Here's another that actually showed up even higher in m

My company had two accounts with Adobe and wanted to merge them.So the active subscriptions from Account 1 were transferred to Account 2, but the licensed images/videos from Account 1 were not transferred to Account 2 (not shoing in the "license history" overview). How can I get them transferred in order not to lose them when Account 1 gets finally deleted?  Thanks!

This error occurs inexplicably/randomly/intermittently and interrupts workflow. When purchasing STOCK assets with Photoshop open (either on the webiste or within Photoshop) most of the time we can simply double click the item and edit it, however, when working with a team or when team members are within a shared folder at the agency we have this problem when trying to download the assets: When this popup occurswe can not double click the assetwe can not drag/drop it (it keeps the Adobe watermark) Instead, we must quit out of photoshop, reboot and then try again.Or, we have to download the asset from the Adobe Stock website and manually add it into the library. 

I am a as graphic deisgner working on adobe stock, I was sent 98 images for nomination, but still these are pending. also I was withdrow from 7 days ago still payment is panding why adobe stock talking too much time for this for payment, for approve assets, adobe stock should hire more and more employees for this, we are working on it if adobe do too much late for some topics then it will create very very problem for us. please do clear my payment request, i need it urgently

I'm working with electrical safety editorial and while trying to find images of overloaded powerstrips, I noticed that the connectors are - I assume - European. It's cool to have those images as a resource, and I want also to get images of electrical ( or other ) items which are seen in America by American consumers. Adding "USA" to my search terms helped only marginally. Any suggestions as to how to pull up images of items commonly used and seen in a given country? Thank you in advance!

There seems to be no way of bringing offensive images to Adobe's attention. Filling out the Integrity whistle blower form is the closest thing I can identify, but I can't be sure that this is the useful route. 

I would like to bring some problems to the attention of a real and not virtual assistant. But the first problem is how to have a chat with the real assistant. Then there are other problems (in the plural) and they are these: 1 - cancel the plan; 2 - recover the credits; 3 - know and see where the credits are that I still have (by credits I mean the photos to download because in the plan there are 10 photos per month to download, but I want to see them written) ; 4 - how to delete the account; 5 - if instead I delete the plan and do not delete the account what do I risk?
