very frustrated. I just noticed in my credit card has been charged 21 bucks since march this year and when I tried to cancel this adoobe hit me with a $30 charge for cancellation. how ridiculous. AB02249302048CUS

Are Asset IDs unique to image or will they be recycled for new images when the old ones become unavailable due to contributor deleting their account or images?   Eg. 542118034 is id of image no longer available Can this number be reassigned as Asset ID for new image uploaded ?

Hallo zusammen, ich hatte vor einiger Zeit das kostenlose Probe-Abo von Adobe Stock genutzt. Dieses wurde mir aber nie in meinen Abos angezeigt, d.h ich konnte es auch nicht kündigen. Jetzt werden mir seit 3 Monaten die Gebühren für das Abo abgezogen, aber ich kann es nach wie vor nicht kündigen, da es nirgends erscheint. Der Support hier ist auch nicht hilfreich. Ich weiß nicht, was ich tun soll. Hatte hier jemand mal dasselbe Problem? Danke!

Keep getting this error in videos i need. Is this because of the location? When i change the location or browser its not working either way. Im from Turkey. Why is some content region locked? I dont understand. 

I got a motion graphics template from Adobe Stock (called Tricolor Lower Thirds). In the settings, there is a slider to choose between 6 different graphic styles, and each graphic style has different placeholder text. However, only the first style setting shows its placeholder text under the Captions/Graphics panel where I can change it. If I choose any other text style, that placeholder text doesn't show up anywhere, and thus I can't change it.. It's only ever the 1st graphic style's placeholder text that appears as editable, even if I am on a different style option.. Any thoughts?

Hello, I have a small problem with invoice header. Instead of company name there is a name of credit card holder. Unfortunatelly, I need an invoice that contains a full company billing details. Can I edit this invoice and get the correct one? I will be greatful for all help!

Hallo in die Runde, gibt es die Möglichkeit bei einem Unternehmensprofil wo einige Profile angelegt sind, die Profile so  einzustellen dass sie nicht die Möglichkeit haben Stock Fotos zu ordern/lizenzieren? Sondern das dies nur ein bestimmt ausgewähltes Profil kaufen darf. Liebe GrüßeMarina 

My Adobe Stock yearly subscription ends December 17. I am still as of December 1 getting the message I will be charged a fee amounting to almost two month fees for ending it early. Do I have to end the subscription at exactly December 17 not to be charged the fee or when is it possible to end?

For the last few years, I've had access to Adobe Stock with my paid Creative Cloud account, and then suddenly over the weekend everything says "Free Trial" and I cannot download any images.Has Adobe just removed this feature from paid accounts without notice? Or did I just miss the memo?

Hello,I purchased 2 photos today and 2 of my 3 credits I have additionally to my 25 media/month plan have been taken from my account.Me and my team downloaded 6 photos theis month so I do not understand why those credits were taken.Both of those photos I downloaded today were STANDARD type, so they should have been in my plan and I struggle finding a contact to get my credits back.Is there a method to get in contact with somebody from Adobe? Preferrably in German. Thanks in advance

Hi... I just signed up to Photoshop, and included trial of Stock. I clicked the license of an image (#353876348) thinking I was going to be viewing the license details rather than purchase it and lose a credit. Is it possible to please undo this?   Thanks

I have an Adobe Stock account where I am charged $31.88 every month to receive 10 images a month. At the end of a year, I will have paid $382.56 (12 x $31.88) and will have 120 images in my library.But, if I don't want to pay a monthly fee, I would need to buy a credit pack instead. To get close to the 120 images a year I currently enjoy, I would need to buy either an 80 credit pack or 150 credit pack.Under this arrangement, 80 credits would cost $669.99 or 150 credits would cost $1,200.So my choice is to pay $382.56 (12 x $31.88) or pay a one-time fee of $1,200. What a deal! It sounds like something created by the United States Congress.EVERY other service I used in 2023 that charged my credit card each month has offered an opportunity to pay an annual fee for less money, like a 10% discount or two months free.I would even be okay with paying Adobe a one-time fee of $382.56 just to avoid being charged every month.But, apparrently, Adobe would rather pay credit card processing fee

Hi, I searched an image by google, and find one "https://stock.adobe.com/images/watercolor-illustration-colorful-boho-feather-easter-clip-art-tribal-round-frame-spring-easter-wreath-isolated-on-white-background/147246336" . Google images shows the preview and the link. When I click it adobe stock cannot find the page. When I check cache of this page it still exists. I need to download it.  How can I do this? 

I downloaded an image from Adobe Stock, a free one, and I am getting this "Chain link" on the top of the photo (see below). Does anyone know why the link is there? I printed the page on my printer and the link is not there. I am assuming the link will not be there when I send the book to Kindle. Does anyone know why the link is there and if it needs to be removed before sending the book to get published? Thanks.   

Hallo, ich habe mir folgende Grafiken als vektorbasierende Grafiken heruntergeladen und am Ende des Tages sind es nur Pixel Grafiken. Hat das auch schon mal einer gehabt? Ich habe das bei folgenden Bildern heute gehabt. #464336900#470824696#437531499#626473440 Ich empfinde es als unhaltbar. Des Weiteren habe ich es schon gehabt, dass bei mir im Account Bilder lizenziert wurden, die ich nicht lizenziert habe und ich bin der Einzige, der den Zugriff hat. Adobe äußert sich dazu überhaupt nicht. Ist den wohl auch egal. LG 

Hi,I am on the Adobe Stock Trial. I have downloaded a few images with empty picture frames and I thought tht I could easily add my own image to the frame. But because the Adobe St comes as Jpgs I can not add the images to the frames. For example if the purchased image has a frame with a sunlight glass glare on it and when I add my own image it does cover that beautiful glare. How do I add the image behind the frame. Or I can not do this? I have attached the image.I hope it makes sence.Many thanks

Hello, My organization has purchased a new Adobe Stock plan this year which no longer includes vodeo or music. I was informed we now have the Pro Edition plan. Unfortunately, that really doesn't help as I produce a number of training videos and need access to stock footage and music.  I was told for any premium assets (now video & audio) I would need to purchase a Stock Credit Pack.  I am trying to get a sense for how many credits I would need in order to purchase the number of assets I could expect to consume over the course of a year. What is the credit value as it related to video/audio? Real examples would greatly help here. In fact, if it already exists somewhere on the Adobe Stock site, kindly direct me. Otherwise, it would be ideal if you could put credit numbers next to the prices so one might be able to make an informed decision as to what Credit Pack to request/purchase. I apologize if I overlooked it. Thanks in advance.

In meinem Stock-Konto waren noch Restlizenzen aus einem Abo. Diese sind weit vor gesetzlich festgelegtem Verfall einfach verschwunden, darüber gab es keine Information und im Konto ist das auch nicht nachvollziehbar oder sichtbar - einfach weg. Wo sind sie? Wie kann man das nachvollziehen? Gilt für Adobe kein gesetzlicher Anspruch, oder gibt es hier ein technisches Problem?

I just subscribed to Adobe Stock today, after downloading a few files, I realized I didnt think I could use them. I own a clothing business and was looking for some designs to add to hats and shirts, although $64 for a single design seems a little much, and I couldnt use the Standard Lisence to resell clothing, but after research, if I use the filter "Commercial Use" when searching then I can use the design. Another google search, I can only use it if its "something someone would buy specifically because of the asset printed on it.". If I were to take and download one of these "Standard license" designs, add my own text, and add it on merchandise to sell, would this be illegal or am I getting this all wrong?
