I downloaded the vector file and it is a completely different image than what the preview shows. This actually happens quite a lot and there is no quick or easy way to report it.

The usage rights filter seems to be gone (All, editorial use, commercial use). Is this a bug or has it really been removed??? Because frankly, if you've removed it, I'll simply have to switch stock services. Editorial use assets are useless to me and I'm not willing to browse thousands of them to find what I need. 

I downloaded Adobe Stock Asset #646290770 as a preview first. It worked well in the video so I licensed the 4K version. The Asset was 10s of nothing. So I licensed the HD version and the asset was also just 10s of black. How do I get the correct asset or get a refund?

Is it possible to use a standard in Italy for a company advertising led to punt on the road? Thank you in adavance. Federica

HiIm at my wit's end here. I accidentally purchased a premium image too fast until to noticed that the price is 750CREDITS!Is it possible to refund this? I tried to contact the customer call and only to find out that they could refund me 30 credits.  😞 Can anyone know how I can do a refund completely for this? Saw multiple threads about this. However, the Customer Service that attends me seems kinda apathetic. He just said, "I can understand- but we cant do anything about it." Honestly, quite disappointed with the answer the agent provided.  Considering Adobe is a MNC company 😞 The problem stock image #756456771

So I've got an invoice form Adobe - great, but it doesnt detial the image and the license I haveto use itWhere can I get this?

The mouth and ears also seem like signs of AI generation. The second image also has issues with th eyes, nose, and mouth that seem like AI generation. They are described as hand drawn and show up when the no AI art filter is on but they strike me as very suspicious and I think it might be a good idea for staff to Adobe to review the images. @Contributor1

Dieses soll mir laut Beschreibung erlauben, Erweiterte Lizenzen 20% günstiger zu kaufen (siehe Screenshot, denn das wurde im Adobe Chat auch schon angezweifelt). Was mir jedoch anscheinend niemand sagen kann: Wie komme ich denn an die erweiterte Lizenz? 1. Hello everyone, today I want to say that I made a serious mistake, and that is that I left my card in my account, and apparently, Adobe Stock started charging about 4 months ago, I have not spent any credit or anything of the 4 months, I would like my money back please.   For those who don't know, you can't cancel the plan you choose whenever you want, because when I decided to cancel my plan or remove the renewal, it wouldn't let me, and also asked me to pay a high cost for the simple fact of canceling the plan early. It seems very unfair to me that the politics force you to maintain a plan or you pay to take it away, and without your credits yet... I would like you to help me please   Another Thing ive noticed is that apparently your credits dont stack! if you did not spend your 500 credits in a month, they will not a accumulate with the other 500 that they will give you, they will be lost! that doesnt seem fair to me, honestly!         Im waiting for

Wertes Team, leider hab ich beim ersten Ausprobieren der AdobeStock aus Versehen eine Datei mit der ID 711619514 lizensiert, ohne mir dabei im Klaren zu sein, dass das klicken einem verbindlichen Verkauf bedeutet. Ich wollte lediglich stöbern und nicht herunterladen. Ich habe alle Dateien vom Rechner gelöscht und möchte sie bitten die Credits wieder gutzuschreiben. Hello, I'm ultimately unsure if this is my misunderstanding due to Adobe documentation or if I'm doing something wrong. I have an annual contract with (2) Adobe Stock subscriptions. One for 40 assets a month, and another new one for 750 assets per month. I have listed the admin account as the user under both products to attempt to activate Stock per this Adobe help page to assign users to Adobe Stock for teams . Issue 1?: when I go to stock.adobe.com, I see plan credits instead of assets. There's another Adobe help page (under Common Questions > Adobe Stock for Enterprise and Teams, then under "Adobe Stock for Teams > How should I activate the Adobe Stock Plan for teams that I purchased recently?) that shows assets instead of credits under the user profile so I'm confused here. Hi, years ago we have bought several images of a castle with regular license. Lately, we discovered that their license was changed to editorial. Can we still use them in the terms of the old license? Thank you!

I haven't used my assets for a long time but paying every month for years for 3 assets a month. Now they all disappeared. I looked for other conversations about the same issue but they were all locked and I couldn't reply to any of them. If Adobe is charging people and the assets that they have paid for disappear for any reason, it calls for a lawsuit. Whatever is paid for is the property of the payer and CAN NOT be taken back.

According to the plan details, my work account includes unlimited Adobe Stock downloads.However, when I attempted to download a video from Adobe Stock Videos, it displayed a price with On-Demand. Could you please clarify what happens when I click on an On-Demand video? Will it be reimbursed under my unlimited stock videos account, or will it generate a monthly bill? I require numerous videos from Adobe Stock Videos to fulfill my project needs. Seems like other people are doing similar things, so here goes- Very clear abuse of Generative AI, hundreds of pages of images, but I only saw one actually tagged with the AI tag.https://stock.adobe.com/contributor/211183567/george-fontanaPlenty of examples of nonsensical imagery, abuse of the same repetitive style/prompts, useless grids of images, illegible text, etc etc. You should probably know what it looks like by now.

Hello. I am selling the images I purchased with an Extended License as posters on Etsy. I also want to sell them on my own website, but I want to open a new company for the website. I will be the sole owner of the company. Can I sell these images as posters on my new company's website with the same license? Thank you in advance for your answer.     

I'm knew new to using Adobe Stock, usually use Getty. I'd like to re-name one of those folders under My Libraries, under which I see "My Library", "Your Library" and a few more like that. What I want to do is change one of those or create a new folder (not sure it's called a folder as opposed to Library) to a job name, i.e. "Matrix 5 images" Then I'll share that folder/library with the client and they'll get us the stock.   This is  what I do when using Getty, not sure it's the same, may be apples to oranges?   Thanks!

Hello,    Due to a manager account issue on renewal license, I had to switch to another contract but I'm losing all my license history on adobe stock.   License that I paid.... I transfered the cloud assets to the new and how you can see in the attachment there's the license.... But if I try to download again that image ID from Stock I can't....   In the attachment you can see my previous VIP details   It's not accetable to lose this amount of stock that I already paid!   Best Francesco   [Moderator deleted private information.
