Stock

I download the #432090903 .ai file for the vector but the file is just a jpg saved as an .ai.   Please fix that download so I can have the vector I need for a logo.

Hallo, ich habe mir folgende Grafiken als vektorbasierende Grafiken heruntergeladen und am Ende des Tages sind es nur Pixel Grafiken. Hat das auch schon mal einer gehabt? Ich habe das bei folgenden Bildern heute gehabt. #464336900#470824696#437531499#626473440 Ich empfinde es als unhaltbar. Des Weiteren habe ich es schon gehabt, dass bei mir im Account Bilder lizenziert wurden, die ich nicht lizenziert habe und ich bin der Einzige, der den Zugriff hat. Adobe äußert sich dazu überhaupt nicht. Ist den wohl auch egal. LG 

Hi,I am on the Adobe Stock Trial. I have downloaded a few images with empty picture frames and I thought tht I could easily add my own image to the frame. But because the Adobe St comes as Jpgs I can not add the images to the frames. For example if the purchased image has a frame with a sunlight glass glare on it and when I add my own image it does cover that beautiful glare. How do I add the image behind the frame. Or I can not do this? I have attached the image.I hope it makes sence.Many thanks

Hello, My organization has purchased a new Adobe Stock plan this year which no longer includes vodeo or music. I was informed we now have the Pro Edition plan. Unfortunately, that really doesn't help as I produce a number of training videos and need access to stock footage and music.  I was told for any premium assets (now video & audio) I would need to purchase a Stock Credit Pack.  I am trying to get a sense for how many credits I would need in order to purchase the number of assets I could expect to consume over the course of a year. What is the credit value as it related to video/audio? Real examples would greatly help here. In fact, if it already exists somewhere on the Adobe Stock site, kindly direct me. Otherwise, it would be ideal if you could put credit numbers next to the prices so one might be able to make an informed decision as to what Credit Pack to request/purchase. I apologize if I overlooked it. Thanks in advance.

In meinem Stock-Konto waren noch Restlizenzen aus einem Abo. Diese sind weit vor gesetzlich festgelegtem Verfall einfach verschwunden, darüber gab es keine Information und im Konto ist das auch nicht nachvollziehbar oder sichtbar - einfach weg. Wo sind sie? Wie kann man das nachvollziehen? Gilt für Adobe kein gesetzlicher Anspruch, oder gibt es hier ein technisches Problem?

I just subscribed to Adobe Stock today, after downloading a few files, I realized I didnt think I could use them. I own a clothing business and was looking for some designs to add to hats and shirts, although $64 for a single design seems a little much, and I couldnt use the Standard Lisence to resell clothing, but after research, if I use the filter "Commercial Use" when searching then I can use the design. Another google search, I can only use it if its "something someone would buy specifically because of the asset printed on it.". If I were to take and download one of these "Standard license" designs, add my own text, and add it on merchandise to sell, would this be illegal or am I getting this all wrong?

Hello, It seems that Adobe Stock might be currently experiencing an issue with licensing assets from a user's library. I am currently unable to license any assets that I saved to my library. In addition, earlier today, when I went to my License History, I received an error message (see attached screenshot). Is there a way I can fix this issue on my end and continue to license the items in my library or is this a system's issue? 

i have the adobe stock since 2019. i never have encountered such a situation but i read that it happened ately this. i have 320 available credits, i can ,,buy,, the credetials for the photo and all stops there. i cannot downlaod it in my computer like i did before. Here is a list of the things I've tried:Cleared browser history, cache, cookies, Logged out and back into adobe account Tried using chrome and safariTried on a different computer (same network)Tried on a completely different network  does anyone experience this also? i am 100% sure is not the problem fro my side but from Adobe. can anyone recommend another site for photos like adobe? i am seriously thinking to give up this subscription because im working on a tight scheduled project and i really cannot experience such flaws in my work.  

Hi! If i bought this from mistake and i already got charged for it, what can i do?It's kind of too expensive and i don't want to be charged for it the next month, can ya'll please help me? 

I'm new to Stock.. I clicked on the License button assuming it would give you the details about the license... nope it'd downloaded and licensed the photo #423534119 which is of no use to me. there is no FAQ's or Guide about licenses at first level information apparent in the interface. You have to click through many layers to get to the specifics about the licenses.  I appreciate the minimal design, but.... learn by error is a little frustrating.

I'm having an issue when I select an image from Adobe Stock, click "License", the image is downloaded to my Adobe Library in the "Not Grouped" section 2 or more times.  Then I receive an error that I cannot download anymore because the folder is full.   Is there a setting I can change to only download the item once?

I was interested in an image to license and I clicked on the license to see how many credits it would be. But it ended up purchasing the image, and it was almost 300 credits. This is not the image I want. Is there any way to return it? As the design team's credit has gone down so much, it will mess with their ability to get photos.  File: #666442857 Please help!

After I download any stock file including images, I only see the default stock icon and not a preview of the image like I would any other downloaded image. Top is Adobe Stock image files, bottom is generic image downloads.

Hi!I have licenced a few images that look like they should have a transparent background, but as it turns out, they don't! When I look around the Adobe Stock database, it seems like all images have the same issue: they all have a dak grey, chequered "background" that would be interpreted as transparent, but probably isn't. How do I solve this? Hi there—I just accidentally downloaded an unwanted image on my account. Is it possible to cancel that?

Hello everyone,I bought the following Video: https://stock.adobe.com/de/video/animation-loop-of-a-burnt-forest-releasing-carbon-dioxide-on-black-background-with-alpha-channel/420553625  After the download i can open it in Quicktime, but the Video is blank - even though the file is 380mb big. Importing it to davinci gives me a weird error --> Media Offline. Importing it in media encoder shows a green screen (corrupt file, i guess). Only VLC-Media playser shows the correct video in playback, but that doesnt help me getting the video into davinci. I guess it is some type of container-codec problem. Does anybody have an answer? And Yes, i know that screencapture is a possible solution, but i payed 95 Credits for a ten second video and I expect it to work. 

Hi there,   I would like to do a self-cancellation for this service. However in doing so, it will charge me a whopping fee of $178.15 USD (which is over $200 in conversion rate for my country).  Does anyone know if I cancel the day before, will it still charge me this? Is there a way to cancel without the fee?I accepted a free trial and from the wording, it seemed like a free trial and once it finishes it doesn't charge us unless we sign up for it, but I was wrong. I have been charged one month. I should be able to use all the paid credits but if I cancel, it means I pay more to leave and lose my ability to use the credits I have paid for. They aren't losing anything, it's not like mobile data or booking reservations. If anyone knows, that would be great.

I want to print a photo on a glass 2 meters x 2 meters. To obtain a good quality of the printed photo, what size of a photo should I aquire? (For a good quality I guess there should be a min 150 DPI.) Thank youMaciej 

This is the third day in a row I'm running into issues on the Stock Website. If I go to my libraries there is an issue and nothing will load. I can see my libraries and all assets in the apps, but just not online. Anyone else getting this issue?

I would like to use Adobe Stock and have already tested it for one month. On the overview page, I can choose between credits and subscriptions (only differentiated in monthly quantities). However, when I try to use templates, it says 'Could not be licensed,' and for the subscription option, it specifies 'Plus.' Yet, I cannot find a way to subscribe to a Plus plan anywhere on the entire site.   Why can't I license templates even though I have a subscription and currently possess 20 credits?   If it's an issue with the wrong subscription category, I'm willing to pay more for a 'Plus' subscription, but unfortunately, this offer is not available on the website.   Maybe  someone can help me out!   Best regards, Paul   P.S.: For the prices that Adobe demands, I expect more transparency and not a confused mess.
