Hi Adobe Stock Moderators,I'm completely blocked from activating my Adobe Stock Contributor account due to a phone verification bug.**Account Email**: [REMOVED BY MODERATOR]**Country**: Indonesia  **Error Message**: "An error occurred while performing this action" - appears instantly when I submit ANY Indonesian phone number at contributor.stock.adobe.com**Troubleshooting I've done**:- Tried 3 different numbers: +62813xxx, +62822xxx, +62852xxx (Telkomsel & XL)- Tested Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Incognito mode- Tested Mobile Data, WiFi Indihome, VPN Singapore/US- Tried different times of day for 3 consecutive daysResult: Same error every time. No SMS code ever received.This appears to be a known system-wide issue for Indonesian contributors based on multiple community posts. Can a moderator please manually activate my contributor account and bypass the SMS 2FA requirement?I have commercial content ready for upload and a client deadline this week. I can provide my KTP/ID for verification

I'm a newbie. I uploaded five photos. The first three were accepted, but two were rejected due to quality issues. I'm having trouble understanding the specific quality issues with these photos. Please help. Is it possible to make corrections to upload again because I like thease photoes. 12

I am now totally frustrated!!! I work hours on my own images with AI, and they keep getting rejected for similarities. I put each image into TinEye, and they always return 0. Not only that, but I don’t spam the system. Furthermore, I might put up six photos a week. All were rejected, not for problems but because they had too many. They should let clients decide which picture they want if there is nothing wrong with it. And what photographer they would like to work with,  I spent credits on these. Time on these, I am getting so frustrated. Kitchens and bedrooms sell really well. I don't want to create wild, crazy stuff that is just going to sit in my portfolio. How do I handle this frustration? What is the marketing strategy behind this? Can someone help me with my frustration? And all the money I spent generating these images. The small images are just to show you what they turn down, not to critique. I'm really not looking for a critique on these images. Hello everyone,I have a question regarding Adobe Stock contributor accounts.If a contributor receives a very large number of file rejections, can Adobe Stock block, suspend, or permanently close the account because of the high rejection rate?I understand that rejections are a normal part of the review process, but I am curious whether there is any specific limit or threshold that could put an account at risk.Has anyone experienced this personally or received any official information from Adobe about it?I would appreciate hearing about your experiences and insights.Thank you!

Hi everyone. This AI-generated image (properly flagged as AI) was rejected for "quality issues". It was generated at 1.6MP and upscaled 4x to 25MP with Real-ESRGAN before submission. At 100% zoom I can now see the distant bamboo and light rays look slightly "painterly". Is this the likely rejection reason? Would submitting at 2x upscale (6MP) instead solve it? Any other issues you can spot? Thanks for your feedback!

I successfully filled out and submitted the official appeal form, but I never received a Case ID or any automated reply from the system.​Since my account is still deactivated after two months of waiting, I kindly request any Adobe staff member or moderator to help me escalate this issue to the relevant team.​Thank you for your assistance.

Why was my photo rejected for quality issues 

Is it because I left “Lifeguard” or maybe the wheels are recognizable, or even both?

I have applied for a withdrawal from my Adobe stock contributor account on 3rd of June. But so far I got no reply and no payment. from Adobe stock contributor. I said on many places online and found out to get the withdrawal within 7 days after application even after 7 days so far I didn't get my withdrawal

Hello,I am an Adobe Stock Contributor from Indonesia and my sales have drop to 0 since last May until now (although I’ve never had 0 download this year at all before them) recently I noticed that all of my files, even the older ones that were already live, suddenly show a 404 error when I try to preview them. I also tried searching with keywords and even with the file ID for example #1574852996 and #1508589156, but none of my files appear in the public search results.Could you please confirm if this is a known bug or if my files are under review? I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this, because right now I think my portfolio is not visible to buyers.Thank you in advance for your help.
