i tried uploading video, it say file is too large. but file is only 286mb . adoobe video limit is 3900mb.why this happens? also no ftp upload option here.

5 eingereichte Fotos wurden abgelehnt, weil sie angeblich mit KI erstellt wurden. Die Bilder wurden aber nicht mit KI erstellt sondern normal fotografiert und bearbeitet. Ich kann die Fotos neu einreichen, soll aber die Erstellung mit KI bestätigen?! Soll ich nun lügen oder kann ich es anders bei Adobe richtigstellen?

Hey guys, new here! need some helpI read the terms and conditions but they are bit confusing I just wanna ask can i submit vectors which are generated by ai like in adobe illustrator. or may be i designed it. but took a bit of help from that generative feature. 

Some time ago, I created an Adobe Contributor account using my mother's ID card and personal details, including her tax information and PayPal account. Payments from that account were processed accordingly. Recently, I decided to open a new Contributor account using my own ID and personal details. I have since stopped posting images to the old account and am actively uploading new content to my own account.I would like advice on the best way to proceed. Specifically, I wish to continue working with my own account while ensuring I can access the earnings from my mother's account. Both accounts are tied to separate sets of personal information, including tax forms and payment details. kindly provide any guidance or positive solutions on how to manage this situation in a way that complies with Adobe's policies?

I have unintentionally created two separate accounts. After learning more about Adobe's policies, I plan to delete one of these accounts to comply with the terms. My question is: If I delete one of the accounts, would I still be able to transfer or re-upload the images from the deleted account to my remaining account? 

Hi, I have Outfocus Lighting and shutterspeed images of lights morethan 3000 or 5000 but if I upload them and submilt I'm getting similar content and there might be a possiblity for Account block, How should I fix this and upload the images. I'm stuck at this point and I'm not uploading images.

photos I posted was rejected, I made these as a collection of avatars that can be used, Can i know the reason for this so that I can improve on this.

'couldn't be uploaded because its resolution is too large. Image must be at most 100 MP.' This error is showing when i upload image, i upscaled the image 4x times.it was 6.43 MB png, 2912 px * 1632 pxbut when i upscaled 4x in Topaz it becomes 24.2MB jpeg 17472px * 9792 pxbut it is lower than 100MB then why it is not allowed to be uploaded?

I don't understand why this was rejected for Quality Issues? It was accepted on other sites.

My vector files have been under review for over a month now. Normally, before May, it only took no more than 3 days. Recently, it's been unusually long. But I have asked other contributors, and many of them still have their reviews done in the usual 1-3 days. However, some people are experiencing the same issue as me, with reviews taking over a month and still ongoing. I don't understand why the review times vary so much from person to person. I've tried contacting support, but all I get is the same auto-reply message, which doesn't help at all.I tried submitting some AI work in JPEG format, and they were approved within 3 days! But with the vector files, it's been over a month now and still no response. What's going on?

I submitted 2 images yesterday and realized today that I sumbitteded them weeks ago and they had been approved. Is there a way I can delete the images before they go through the approvasl process? thanks

I finally found out how to upload Property Releases - but now I find they have to be JPGs??? Not the PDFs that Adobe has us fill out. Is Adobe trying to discourage submissions for stock art? It's bad enough that almost NONE of my submissions have any real property showing in them. But now I need to use pretzel logic just to figure out how to clear up the "problem." This has been the most asinine experience so far this month lol.

hi there. may I know why these images could be rejected for common issues? There are a lot more that has been rejected unfairly by automated reviewing system. These images are in absolute great quality as you can see in the size of  ~ 7000x5000 (Original file). Is there anyway to dispute these rejections?

Hello guys. How do I submit images with transparent background? Can I just remove the background and upload? I have seen others images which comes in both jpeg and png format. I am not a Graphic designer. I no little or nothing about this. I use ai text to generate my images

Hi everyone My one year plus account (AI images) is deactivated today, I wrote an appeal to Adobe Contributor Relations and get replied that they have decided not to reinstate my account due to ongoing violation of our Terms. Actually I'm quite surprise that they get me back almost instantly as I see many cases in the community that they have waited for months to get reply.I want to know, at this point what can I do ? Can I still appeal the decision ? Or I have to reopen a new account ? Can I have a new account after my account is deactivated ? Thank you  

Dear official, hello, my contributor account has been blocked, which makes me feel a little sad. I have been following the official rules to create and upload AI pictures. 100% of the pictures are made by myself. There is no stolen pictures, no offensive or illegal content submitted. I just use my own AI tools to make more pictures, but they are definitely made by myself. I am dedicated to this. I can conduct real-name verification and online communication. I hope Adobe official can help me unblock my account. I will also operate the account well. Thank you very much, official!
