If I create images using the MidJourney app and then convert them into vector format using Adobe Illustrator before uploading them to Adobe Stock, do I still need to select the "Created using generative AI tools" checkbox for these images?

Hello friends.It's hard to understand the criteria they use to approve or not an image. You spend time doing the job and it's rejected for a non understanding reason: "Intellectual Property Violation".There are tons of licence plates being selling but mine is violation?This is the official model used for advertisements and publications in my country. Actually it doesn't exists. It's just used as a model.

I created a new PayPal account and my friend sent me a payment of money, but it was held for 21 days. However, you tell me that if this money comes from profitable sites, it is not held. When we send a payment of money from the Adobe site to a new PayPal account, does it remain held or will it arrive in my balance without a hold on the amount? Thanks everyone

I am very disappointed with adobe stock.🥺member id : 212060519The files I have already submitted are under review for more than 3 months.As a result I am not getting even able to submit new work.I have prepared many more files for adobe stock.I have collected more than 300 eps files and other images which are all in review.If there is any problem with my file, I am willing to resubmit the file if it gets rejected.Or publish if all is well.Already 350+ files are published on my market and good downloads are coming from there.Hopefully the files will be reviewed soon.thank you❤️

They have been submitted as Photos, not Illustrations, and certainly not AI.   The banner on the Adobe Stock page says that "moderation may take up to 8 weeks".   My understanding is that AI artwork is causing a backlog in the moderation queue for Illustrations.   However, since mine are photos, is it possible that something else is going on?   I ask because in a quick browse through the discussions, it seemed like photos were getting reviewed in 6-10 days...    I realise this post is a pretty common one, which is annoying.... Sorry about that.   But if there's an actual problem, maybe this will jog a response?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

I tried all the Ways Emailing the Contribute support Team but no reply from them from last three days. I also talk with agents but they also can't solve. I hope in this community anyone can help so I post my problem here. . can I submit my own content to other stock photo sites as well?if I uploaded my stock photos to the other stock photo site then how will you know that it is uploaded by me? I need make sure that you won't copyright claim on me. do adobe have a system for that? 

This image was rejected for quality issues. The two ideas I have are noise (it's not perfect but it's not bad either) and cropping (perhaps the image would be more useful if it was cropped closer to the turtle - would this be described as a quality issue or something else?). Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

Howdy all, Im having a bit of a problem transfering files. I get the pictures looking great in Lightroom with hdr and also fine when I export to my photos but when I upload the pictures anywhere else the hdr is lost and they look awful.I attached an example- the sky is a mess among other problems, any help would be greatly appreciated. (Im editing the photos on iphone13 in lightroom mobile)

When attempting to access the service, I received a message stating, "Sorry, your access has been denied," due to service eligibility requirements. A screenshot of the error message is attached for your reference.I am unsure why my access has been denied, as I believe I meet all the necessary requirements. Hello everyone! I don't understand why customer service of Adobe Stock is real trouble. They do not offer accountable answers to any of our questions. Every time connecting with them gives us headache. So we really appreciate if someone helps us. Our issue goes like this: My father was an Adobe Stock Contributor. He passed away on 13th February 2024. As his hiers, we would like to use his account and add new stock images to his Adobe Stock account. He got the payment through his payooner account which is connected to his account. However, it is not eligible for us to use his payonner account. Since we would like to get the payment, how can deal with this issue? I mean, what should we do to get the payment that arise from selling new stock images? Thanks in advance Cheers,

When will Adobe Stock free files be approved and paid for?

Hi there!I am contributor from last one year and selling vectors like icons, badges, stickers, background, and animations, from last 3 weeks my sales drastically decreased in fact my portfolio is increasing day by day but sales is now 1-3 $ per dayAny reason?

Last year and the year before, I think about 20 pieces were included in the free collection. But I wasn't paying attention at the time, so I didn't see how many pictures were invited.This year, 240 were invited, but only about 10% will still be approved, right? 

i am trying to upload my eps files as usual but today i got message says filename.eps couldn't be uploaded because it is not a valid file type.

  I think it would be helpful to know which countries mainly consume my paintings. Don't they provide that information?
