Hi, I have a question: When uploading an image generated using AI tools to Adobe after tracing it, is it necessary to add the 'Created using Generative AI tools' label? If it is not added, is there a risk of the account being banned?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hello Everyone,my account got deactivated yesterday, but I didn’t receive any email from Adobe. When I contacted them via email, they replied with the following message: 'Your content may be removed, or your account may be deactivated, for not complying with these Account and Content Submission Guidelines. If your content has been removed, or your account blocked, due to a violation of our Terms (including these Account and Submission Guidelines), and you dispute the decision, you may file an appeal or use an out-of-court dispute resolution option (where applicable in your jurisdiction) by following the process here: https://www.adobe.com/trust/transparency.html Regards, Adobe Artist Relations' but they didn’t tell me the reason why my account was blocked. Please suggest what I should do and what I should write in the appeal since I don’t even know the reason for my account’s deactivation. Please help me.

Hi Cimmunity hope you are doing well i have a little question about the icons nomination  in july i got notifcation of the free collection some of my icons got nomminated in the nomination for 1$ i have places some of the images below these are the icons that got nominated for 1$ Now some days ago i again notifcation that i got assets eligible for nomination for 5$ here i mentioned them also  i am confused both the categories are single icons  but why the difference between the first ones nomination price and the price of the second ones  as both are icons and single icons please guide me community thanks have a nice day

I have problems with uploading videos. Most of them do not load on the site although all files have absolutely identical parameters and are made in the same program. Videos are AI generated, 3840x2160, H.264 codec, 5-11s duration, 50-150mb size, mp4 file format. I am getting the following error - "Filename couldn't be uploaded because it is not a valid file type.". I can't understand the pattern - some files get through, and some don't. Any thoughts? What can be the reason?

About a month ago, my Adobe Contributor account was blocked due to the creation of multiple accounts. I contacted Adobe through their "Contact Us" option for a resolution, and received a response saying that my account was blocked due to the detection of multiple accounts and to wait until the investigation was completed. However, there has been no progress for over a month. I always adhered to the guidelines, and when creating multiple accounts, I believed I had confirmed with Adobe's support that there would be no problem. Nevertheless, I regret causing inconvenience to Adobe.Being an Adobe Contributor is very important to me. I am considering deleting my current account and starting over with a new one. However, with Adobe conducting an investigation into multiple accounts, I am unsure whether I should proceed with creating a new account or wait for the investigation to conclude. I also wonder if the investigation is genuinely being conducted and if I will receive a conclusive

I am a new here , I uploaded 50 photograpy on adobe stock , still waiting thier approval or rejection since 3 mounths ....I think That's too much , I contnact the support wit almost send my auto replay that the have heavy trafic and they are too busy !

Goodafternoonit is very bad that just photos have to wait up to 8 weeks for an assessment, at the competitor it is within 5 working days, if you make seasonal images, the season is over after 8 weeks, what is the reason that it can take up to 8 weeks? if AI all images take too much time, the normal images should be given priority.no idea if a computer should review or if people really look at it

Can someone could give me feedback? Adobe told is because of  "Quality issues" but the photos are 1800x2400, any idea?

One of the other agencies I contributed to raised this issue a whileback. What happens if an artist dies? Obviously his or her paymentswill continute, but can one nominate a recipient, a spouse for instance,for such an event, to ease the process? I am nearing retirement, and updating all my logons to the stock sites I contribute to, and will leave this with my wife to access my account after. She can decide whether to delete the account as she wishes

Can Adobe implement Alipay or Wechat pay as payment method other than Paypal ?First, Paypal cuts off a lot of fees, which are far much too expensive than the photos i sold..And comissions received in Paypal is hard to use offline.They cut off super high transaction fee for you to withdraw to local bank, or when you pay as your local currency,  mostly it is not accepted in a lot of asian countries.At least, funds in Alipay or Wechat pay can just be used as daily payment method, we dont have to withdraw anything, and no fees.It is a wallet all over the world. 

I upload video animation footage on adobe stock. In review dashboard, video image shows only my video background screen, which is yellow. The contain images not showing. I wander if someone can help me figure out what to do? I include the screen shoot below.

When I look at my contributor account information, it says "Verified". i requested a payment since Tuesday, August 06, 2024 and its still pending. i send an email and they say it can took anouther 3 to 5 buss days sometimes should i just keep waiting or send another one

Повторите попытку позже." Як довно потрібно чекати? Тому що Payoneer мені ще вчора відповів, що я прив'язала Adobe Canada Services Corporation к своему аккаунту Payoneer. Дякую за відповіді!

Since these images are entirely fictional, should I select the "people and property are fictional" checkbox during submission?I want to ensure proper categorization and compliance with guidelines.
