Is the disappearing of portfolio because  of the region cause buyers to not see the protoflio, which affects sales? Or this is limited to my vision only, while it appears to everyone else

Hi ! I'm new to adobe stock and my 1st 40 illustrations got not accepted due to quality issues as they say. Can someone tell me the reason so that i can improved next time? Thanks in advance.

Does Adobe Stock accept digital paintngs created in Photoshop with traditional emulation brushes and techniques?  (I have a model release for this individual)

Buenas,    He colgado toda una serie de imágenes de helados de bola de diferentes saboresen mi biblioteca . Por poner un ejemplo, de mango tendré unas diez pero solo aparecen 2 en mi perfil (aunque todas están revisadas y aceptadas). Cuando le das click a una de esas 2, debajo te aparecen las que estan "escondidas" con la frase "más de esta serie". Des de ahí si que puedes darles click y abrirlas.    Es normal? Lo hacen porque son fotos muy parecidas? nunca me había pasado, siempre me las cuelgan todas, aunque sean parecidas... pero con estas de los helados me lo han hecho con los de todos los sabores.    Gracias! I'm accessing Adobe Stock from Qatar and encountering an issue. When I search for the keyword "Salalah," which is a city in Oman, only 49 results are shown due to the Safe Search filter being applied.As a contributor, I ensure that none of my images violate safety guidelines, yet none of my images appear in the search results. When searching the same term on the international version of Adobe Stock, I receive 1,000 results.This issue is consistent with any search term from the Qatar region. I believe this is a technical error that needs to be addressed and fixed.

Hi, I recently searched for Doha, Salalah, and Oman. Previously, I used to see many search results with more than 10 pages, but now there are only 3 pages of results. J'ai deux photos qui sont en attente de révision depuis 4 mois, dois-je les retirer ?Normalement Adobe analyse les fichiers par ordre de réception. Récemment, Ils ont analysé deux photos que je venais juste de télécharger, alors qu'il y en a des dizaines (environs 60) en attente depuis plusieurs semaines (deux mois). Ont-elles été oublié aussi ? Dois- je retirer toutes les photos qui ont dépassé deux mois d’attente ?

It's been 10 business days and i'm still waiting for payment. How long do i have to wait? It's sayin 7 to 10 days but still nothing...

Few days ago I uploaded some vector files in ZIP but then I learned that Adobe Stock can't accept ZIP file anymore, so what should I do in this circumstances? My vector files I uploaded in Zip are still in review, should I re-upload them or wait till the reviews done?

Hi,the last two days I tried to upload a .zip-File with an .eps-Vector-File (saved with Inkscape) and the preview .jpg-Image (5000px * 5000px).Everytime I try to upload the file the site returns the following error:".zip cannot be uploaded, since the file has no valid filetype." (I had to translate the message because I found no option to change the language to english.)(.jpg-Upload alone works fine)I read the other discussions from three month ago where several people had the same problem because Adobe turned off .eps-Upload for a while and turned it back on later. But I cannot find any information why it doesn't work for me today. I already wrote to Adobe Support but they haven't answered yet.Thanks for any help.Best RegardsC

Hi so submission for contributor have options . People and Property are fictional checkbox or Recognizable people or propterty (Yes or No). I am subbmitting AI image simple (wheat seeds on whtie background) )and have checked the AI content checkbox already What should i choose between those two?Context: I have already submitted some files and there were no people images or property (ex. wheat plants, flowers image ai, etc) but contributor moved it to reminders saying that it needs a people or property release. what should i do? wheat seeds images does not need a property release right?   

 I ve been awaiting for more than a month my vectors for review! All them are in zip ! So what do I have to do now?? No support in Adobe Stock any more, no any announcements about changing, etc. Nothing. What to do, please help anybody!

I have an image I posted to Adobe Stock 3 years ago which had been downloaded a number of times is now rejected with the following notification:Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately we were unable to process your file. Please contact us for more information.I have 2 copies of the same file but both are post processed in differnt ways. Both have multiple downloads. Anyone know why one would be suddenly rejected?? and can you advise how i can contact them?? I cant find any way.

I withdraw my payment Sunday, June 30, 2024 and today as per my country, the date is Friday, July, 2024. I have not received any payment yet and status is also pending. Please guide me about this issue. THis is the first time in 3 years with me that my payment is too late 

How can I create a canvas that will meet the 4mp min requirement. I am confused, I created the canvas with the dimensions 720px by 1280px, with the dpi set to 300. I do not see any other settings to adjust to get it to 4mp. Is there some sort of trick that will get the canvas to 4mp, but keep the same aspect ratio. I am trying to create images with those dimensions specifically. Even if i have to upscale the image with another software, I just need to keep the aspect ratio the same in the end
