Stock Contributors

Hello, the day before yesterday and yesterday I uploaded images for verification. Everything went well, but now I can"t see them, instead of them there are white squares with a small picture symbol in the upper left corner. The previous images are clearly visible. What does this mean? Do I need to download them again? Thanks

Hello,i would need your help as i've just created my conributor adobe stock account,i've already uploaded 51 images that are awaiting to be validated.I  would like to add new images for validation, i uploaded 39 images, but still i can't "send" them, specific action button still in "grey" (see picture) , what's wrong? is there a maximum number of image that could be send for validation?thanks for your help

images are not fully uploaded and i am uploading from sftp from filezilla and i am uploading around 1000 images but it only uploads 100-200 images. Images stuck on 3377 wether i upload on filezilla through sftp or through official contributer website.

Several of my files were rejected on the grounds that I did not specify that the work was generated by an AI program.I have not used AI in any of my work, I rely solely on Photoshop. I am quite strict in my approach, to the extent that I do not even use AI options in Photoshop. For instance, I do not use the "generative fill" option; I exclusively use "content-aware fill" during my work or I use other tools to finish my images. I see now on 100% that there are some mistakes that I have made while making this image, but its clearly not an artwork generated by an AI program.This single image takes maybe a whole day of work, and its always frustrating to see multiple images rejected, especialy when the reason is not justified.I am writing this because I simply wouldn't like my account to be suspended for reasons that are unclear to me.

I recently had 16 images rejected for being "non-compliant images".  Possible reasons include: -Non compliant use of another artist’s name. - Undeclared Generative AI Content. - Content not compliant with overall guidelines  None of those apply as far as I know.  They are photos. They are my photos. I didn't use another artist's name. I used no AI-generated content. What overall guidelines do they not comply with? Hi everyone,  So, this morning I got a notification on my Adobe Stock contributor account: "Congratulations! Click here to choose and redeem your Creative Cloud app.[Read This First]". When I click on the link a new window opens up with the redeem code, but when I click on "redeem" I get the error "This code is from a country or region that does not match your Adobe ID. "Now I know that my country is not supported by Adobe (Bosnia & Herzegovina), but is there any way to successfully use this code? I have tried contacting the support but they were not helpful. Thanks

Hello All, This is my first time posting here so I appoligies if I have done something incorretly. But I am willing to learn. I am testing the waters if you will with Adobe stock and just wanted to get some insight as to some of the possible reasons the image below would be denied. According to Adobe its due to Quality Issues but doesnt really get into the nitty gritty. The focal point is on the end of the Gold post so It could be due to the out of focus sections behind or on the wood post itself? Not 100% sure why it doesnt meet quality standards. Any information and or tips to move forward are greatly appreciated.    

Hi Team, I have tried h264 mp4 video format, uploading videos via sFTP server (Filezilla), uploading is successful but when checked in 'Uploaded files' section it is empty. Tried many times, even days passed nothing appeared.Kindly look into this issue. Thanks and Regards,Rizwan

Hello, I am sending several travel-themed photos and one of them was rejected even I thought it would be the most suitable due to its large size, sharp and good quality, please let me know why it was rejected because "Thank you for the opportunity to evaluate your image. Unfortunately, it does not meet our requirements. For this reason we cannot accept this work into our collection.The technical quality of images is usually affected by exposure problems, poor sharpness, excess filters, artifacts or noise. More information about technical requirements: here." This photo above was of the best quality taken with a camera, is this because of shadow and the contrast? Photo wasn't edited i thought it looks good as it was taken. The two photos below were taken with a phone and with them I was afraid of rejection due to the quality. I submitted two images to Adobe stock, and both were rejected. Upon looking for details as to why they were rejected I found the following comment, which I am sure is a standard reply. "Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise." While this information is informative. It is rather broad in it's definition. It would be nice if the reply as to why it was turned down was more specific to the issues of the image submitted. That would help those submitting image to be more aware of their mistakes. 

About the QR Code itself, I know that I have the right to sell my own generated QR Code. Also, I found many portfolios doing QR Codes but when scanned it will say "Happy New Year" for example... My question is can I sell a QR Code that will lead to a YouTube video? For example, I will put a description of the QR Code "Me at the zoo QR CODE" and when someone scans that code he will get the 1st YouTube video ever uploaded... I will make a PNG with a transparent background and colorful QR code... Also second question is this going to make any copyright issue? Thank you

For some reason this image and similar images dont get accepted and i dont understand why.

Hi, I requested for the payout on 12/02/24 and it has been more than 10 days and I still not recived the payout. Also I am from Japan so I chose the the payout method Payoneer as it was avaliable but later when I search about it it says I need premium paypal account to recive payouts in Japan is it correct ? 

After an examination, several photos from a photo shoot with 2 models were disqualified for a general claim regarding an improper model release form. Nothing specific, just a general description of problem types in model release form. I work with a popular application ("Easy Release") that generates a contract that Adobe has already accepted (and shutter stock and 500pixels). It's impossible to re-upload the model release file because "the system" marked it as incorrect.All detail fields in the form are present. nothing is missing.There is no way to talk to a representative for contributors.Who should be contacted to get some help?why should new contributors work with Adobe with this cooporate blindness approach? 

Hallo zusammen,es für ist für mich wirklich nicht nachvollziehbar welcher Art die Qualitätsprobleme bei der Serie der eingereichten Bildern sein soll... Unschärfe? Artefakte? Rauschen? Falsche Belichtung? Nein!!!Woran liegt es denn? Es kommt mir so vor, als ob hier manchmal reine Willkür am Werk ist, je nachdem wer die Bilder überprüft. Es ist nicht das erste Mal, dass wirklich gute Bilder wegen seltsamer Begründung abgelehnt wurden.
