Stock Contributors

Hi, community, hope all of you are doing well. I just reached the payment threshold and I wanted to withdraw the money. I typed my PayPal email and everything is correct, but I have one question. Is it a problem if my PayPal account is named differently than my contributor account? Because on my contributor account I have my name and last name, but on PayPal I have my mother's name and last name? Is that a problem, should I change that, or adobe doesn't care? I opened PayPal few years ago when I was still under the age of 18 and didn't have any bank cards or ID, that's why her name is on the account. Sorry for the long question, and thanks in advance 😄

Hi! I was wondering  how to make money selling my uploaded photos on Adobe Stock. I got 4 Cloudscape photos that were accepted. From there, how does my the selling process and making money from my uploaded photos work?

I have been a contributor to AS for years and have always been satisfied with the constructive and fair evaluation of my submitted images. My acceptance rate has usually been between 80% and 90%.This has changed since last week.Suddenly complete batches are being rejected with the reason "quality problems". The acceptance rate has dropped to 0%. The rejected images are completely identical in quality to images that were accepted weeks ago and are selling.There is clearly a systematic error in Adobe's review process. Hello, everyoneI checked my email and found 4 letters received today  from adobe with 4 verification codes. But I didn't request them, neither open the contributor site today. What is that mean? Somebody tries to hack my acc? Is this means that my password compromised? 

my item got rejected can you guys help me? any input to fix this? this one rejection pretty much screwed my income for january and february and so on....i have uploaded these types of item like 5 times without issue, they getting 300-500+ download in like 6months, most buyer usually bought more than one, so safe to say they like them or they are good..i manually edited to a pixel level fiber, hair etc..i live in asia unique price tag/label are hard to find, theyre mostly plain white. so effort is high on this....yes, theyre old, gross sticker. i choose that on purpose. its a more than a month to review so 10 more rejection its pretty much a year to get this uploaded... its really discouraging, but the sales is too good to give up

Hello, I recently submitted photos to Adobe Stock to test the waters but only one was accepted. The rest were not due to "Quality Issues".  As you know, they don't go into further detail.  Could the community give me some feedback?  I uploaded a variety of subjects to see which, if any, were selected.  Are they out of focus, not detailed enough, not the correct dpi or size?  What do you think?  For this post, these photos had to be reduced in size to upload. Thank you, Debra Frawley

Hello, I create content with spatial design and architecture content using AI. It is absolutely incomprehensible to me when my pictures are rejected. These kinds of arbitrary rejections cost me and Adobe pointless time. The rejection reason “quality problems” is used excessively and is not helpful to me. Does anyone happen to know how to avoid such rejections?   [moderator detached from unrelated thread]

I haven't created visuals with AI yet. My recent work has been rejected. Among the possibilities of rejection, there are rejection reasons such as "use of AI and belongs to another artist". I don't think Adobe Stock actually reviews illustrator files. I am a graphic designer and as someone who has been using many Adobe programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for 25 years, it saddens me that Adobe stock rejects it like this. It is not fair for users who deal with AI visuals and have no design or painting skills to do stock work with ready-made images. Adobe must find a solution to this. While someone who has been working for years produces around 2000-3000 files on the stock site, is it right that those who upload work with artificial intelligence upload 5000 images in a year?

For month I get this error message when trying to upload files to Adoba Stock throug LR Publish Services. Even from different computers or different locations. Not sure what to do about it. It worked ok for 2+ years.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Buenos días, llevo ya un tiempo enviado mis fotografías a Adobe Stock y me ha surgido un problema/ duda últimamente. Al principio yo enviaba mis fotografías con el título y palabras clave en castellano y el idioma que está seleccionado en las fotos respecto a esto era también el castellano/español. La cosa es que hace unos mese quise cambiar de idioma al inglés para ver si mis fotografías tenían más interacciones, entonces pase a traducir los títulos de las nuevas fotografías y sus palabras clave al inglés, pero, y ahí el problema, me olvide de cambiar el desplegable de Español a inglés. Por tanto, tengo el título y las palabras clave en inglés, pero el idioma en castellano. ¿Me gustaría saber si hay alguna forma de cambiarlo, creo que no, por lo que he leído, o si como el idioma es lo único que no se puede cambiar, una vez revisadas, es mejor que cambie todos los títulos y palabras clave de las fotografías ya enviadas al español otra vez? ¿La segunda cuestión va relacionada con lo ant

I have pictures and videos sitting for 2 months already. I dont do AI so im not bothered for this but come on 2 months in the review tab why is that? "Submitted last month" 10-15 days it says in google but its far more than that.

Hallo,über Fotolia habe ich die Bilder immer mit der "Exclusive" Funktion verkauft. Wenn ich nun neue Bilder über Adobe Stock hochlade, finde ich diese Funktion nirgends.Gibt es diese Funktion also nicht mehr? Und ist dieser Exclusiv-Status dann auch für meine anderen Bilder hinfällig?VGPatrick

I'm from bangladesh and my wifi network can't log in adobe stock, My question is would it do any harm to my contributor account if i work through using VPN ? i can access site with any country vpn ?
