Stock Contributors

Hi,  Just wondering if the IT team / data modeller behind the Stock Dashboard are aware (& maybe fix?) that there are inconsistencies in the different reports based on which date/time zone logic is used?  For example the various daily individual sales records don't count up directly to the same day in the earnings report and the main dashboard chart does not quite match the one under 'My Statistics' For me (I think) some are summed based on my local time (Brisbane, Australia) others seem 2 hours out (NZ time). I assume the  direct reports running off different record date/time attributes or have different date logic applied. Happy to forward some screenshot examples to support if wanted. Either does not impact sales and total numbers, just a messy and could be fixed up.

I can upload a video footage with my face showing on adobe stock?

It has almost been 2 months and I have 111 images still in review. It says up to 4 weeks but its too much time. Is this a bug or normal?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi, Today I made some Ai generated images as always, made some postproduction on them, like folds reduction, and shape them lil, up-scaled them (everything like I always do), but every time I try to upload any file I get this red line notification at the top  "filename.jpg had uploading errors" 

Hello, does anyone know how to help me solve this problem? I made a payment request to my PayPal account, but I forgot to enter my bank details, which ended up causing the payment to be reversed. I contacted Paypal support and they told me to speak to the sender so that a new one could be made. payment. In the payment history, the status is as payment made, but the money was refunded, what measures should I take to have it deposited back into my account? I await your response, thank you in advance

Hello, I'm a newbie to the stock community! I just had a photo rejected for "Quality Issues" but I'm not sure what for exactly. I was hoping I could get some feedback from you experts to see what I can do better for future photos! Any thoughts are appreciated 🙂

 I know this topic has been widely discussed in the community, but each situation is unique.I uploaded my photographs for review 10 days ago, and while it's mentioned that the review time is usually shorter, I'm wondering how many days are considered within the normal waiting period. When should I start to be concerned and perhaps seek support if the wait continues?I understand that the review process depends on various factors such as workload, staff availability, holidays, or vacation periods, among others.I would greatly appreciate any guidance on this matter.

Hello! I uploaded a few pictures that were rejected and flagged for "Quality issues". Could someone provide insights or guidance on the specific quality problems with these pictures? I have many images rejected due to quality problems. Can you give me some clues about the problems with these images? 

I made sure that there was not any "copyright" issues. Still rejected????? Why????  

Hi!Been waiting for 12 images to be reviewed for already 20 days, the images all high resolution and with all necessary information. How i can contact the support department to find out whats happening? Thanks

helloI am getting abit frustrated with the rejected images by Adob.Stock. I know it's a "bot" that does that (my guess) but I see many other similar images from others being accepted (or posted). Is there a way to contact Adobe to "request  a review of the rejected ones?? I have 209 posted and 159 rejected.

Depuis le début de l'été j'ai des refus de photos pour problème de qualité alors que depuis 1 an et demi je n'avais pas ce type de problème (écran calibré, sonde spyder, canon r6II et sony A7IV ). Afin d'améliorer ma pratique pourriez-vous m'indiquer svp ce qui ne va pas dans mon fichier ID de fichier : 623179325 par exemple. Je vous remercie par avance.

Pourquoi Adobe ne propose pas "un choix de langue" pour l'affichage du site "Adobe support community"? On choisit sa langue et ensuite il est plus facile de naviguer sur le forum....La barrière des langues ici, nous bloque et on clique au hasard sans savoir ou cela nous mène....personnellement je suis complétement perdu, je ne retrouve aucun ami de l'ancien forum Fotolia
