Hi, I would like to receive more feedback on the rejection reasons of the following photos: File IDs: 640286418640279762640279677640279668 While the displayed reasons are "technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise", the photos look fine to me. I'd like to learn more from you in detail the problems/issues of the rejected photos. Thank you! Anna

I realize this I'm not speaking to Adobe folks but my hope is those more experienced than I can give me some feedback. As poorly as they are, I want to give you some stats I have 41 images in my portfolio. I have 36 images that were not accepted I have 210 images waiting for review. I think this is where the anxiety is kickinig in. Some of the       images have been waiting well over a month. Not sure if my account has an issue or not. I have images uploaded, but I can't submit. The submit buton is grayed out - Gulp! another anxiety perk. This really scares me. Why can't I submit...did I do something wrong? I have around 300 images on my desktop. I figure why upload if  I can't submit or is that the wrong way to think I would think if you did someting wrong, Adbobe would send  an email -- right? I check my emails daily and Adobe is not there. Too bad there isn't an indication of where you are in the que for review. I

I have accidentally added 2 of the same images to my Adobestock upload queue.However, for some reason, I can't delete either of them as I normally would with any other image. Is there anything I can do about this or will the software just pick that up when it comes my turn for review?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi  I have a little over 2000 images for sale and thought that by now I understood what Adobe like and dislike.  However over the last couple of months something has changed.  The rejection rate is much higher for perfectly good images which have been accepted and sold elsewhere.  Secondly I am getting some images rejected with the message  "Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately we were unable to process your file. Please contact us for more information."  However when I send a message asking for more information I don't get a reply (I sent multiple messages and have waited three weeks - no response)  Finally Adobe appear to have stopped moderating my images - some of my images have been waiting well over 4 weeks.  Does anybody know what is going on?

Hello All again, Hope all is well.  Here is a picture I have taken. I can clearly see what is wrong with it after editing. I am of course refering to the bottom right corner of the image between the roofing and the sky.  If I was to crop it out, do you think the remaining picture is stock worthy?Also, when cropping do I have to maintain aspect ratio? Is there any specific ratio that is recommended?  Additionally, I would love to hear some comments on the quality of the edits made.    Thank you for contributing to the community. Also thank you to the community for contributing. ^Are those the same statements?  Best wishes

Hey guys,Please can you tell me your thoughts about this.If i upload some AI Generated content:1. Can i use Country, city, state or region in promts, titles and keywords?2. Can i use some mountain names and so on? Like Alps, Himalayan, Everest?Is it some famous place and I'm not allowed to use it or not?Because if to go this way our planet Earth also famous place 🙂 I don't want to violate the rules and don't want to have any problem with my account.I have so many Vector works from many years and I'm a bit nervous about AI Generated conent dos and don'ts.  Will be awesome if someone from Adobe managers reply and make this situation more clear.  

Hello, My payout date is 22 august 2023. And today is 1 september. i have a pending payment for adobe stock and it is still not reflected in my payoneer account. what the reason.

I recently encountered a situation where some of my uploaded photos were rejected by Adobe Stock, citing "quality issues" as the reason for rejection. I'm reaching out to this forum to seek guidance and insights into what specific quality issues Adobe Stock might be referring to on these photos. those are AI-generative ones.

You have submitted files that refer to famous artists, people, characters from popular culture, and/or other existing subjects such as video games in the image, title or keywords. We take intellectual property rights very seriously and your uploads are a violation of these rights and thus violate the upload guidelines. Your account will remain blocked until further notice." I am a vector artist, everything is drawn by hand. I have never used AI or uploaded such works. Which is what I wrote about in my reply. What should I do? After my reply to this letter, support does not respond. This happened exactly after a request to withdraw my $40 on my account, as some users had, will I lose this money too? Help, please, I saw that the Adobe workers are answering here

I have a query, when i deleted some pictures from the checklist. My photos were not accepted. Does deleting photos lead to a delay in reviewing my photos?

My account has been disabled and I am not sure why. I think this is a mistake because I have never violated any terms of adobe.Please help me. Thank you

I recently had two images accepted on Labor Day. I've also had images accepted on a Sunday here and there. This suggest to me that there are actually two queues involved when it comes to having images accepted or rejected. One, where the moderator accepts images on a Friday, for example, and the images are then sent to a server where they wait their turn to be uploaded a day or two later.Another reason I suspect this. On a couple of occasions, I've discovered minor errors on an image that was next in line for review and deleted it, only to find it accepted the following day, requiring me to delete it again. Have other contributors had this happen to them or have moderators been working overtime? No big deal. Just thirsty for knowledge. 🙂

Ich bin noch nicht lange dabei und möchte nicht gleich Negatives ansprechen, aber ich habe bemerkt, dass meine hochgeladenen Bilder anfangs zügig überprüft wurden, mittlerweile jedoch kaum noch Fortschritt zu verzeichnen ist. Damit meine ich nicht die Upload-Geschwindigkeit, sondern die Zeit, die benötigt wird, um die Bilder zu überprüfen und freizugeben. Ich nehme an, dass ihr Reviewer habt, die jedes Bild einzeln überprüfen, und ehrlich gesagt kann ich das verstehen. Aber wenn seit zwei Wochen kein einziges Bild mehr freigegeben wurde, finde ich das merkwürdig. Ich habe gelesen, dass es bis zu vier Wochen dauern kann, was in meinem Fall bedeuten würde, dass ich nach drei Jahren mit dem Upload fertig wäre.Gibt es nicht eine Möglichkeit, eine bezahlte Version zu nutzen, um bevorzugt behandelt zu werden? Zum Beispiel kostenloses Hochladen mit Wartezeit oder schnellerer Prozess durch Bezahlung? Oder habt ihr andere Tipps?Schöne Grüße

After 10 days my account was reinstated. The problem was images where the key words refer to the style of another "artist". In this case it was contemporary sci-fi images which possessed a HR Giger quality. Although US Copyright law does not explicitly protect ideas or styles, Adobe considers using artist's style keywording a violation of IP. I have no problem with this policy and will strive to strictly adhere to Adobe's guidelines.I want others with banned accounts to be patient with the process of moderator review of deactivated accounts. I am grateful to be reinstated and so thankful I can remain a contributor to this great organization. I would suggest all contributors to review their keywords to insure they are not steering traffic to their assets on the merits of other artist name or implied mention of other artist's styles. How do you find your submitted photos both waiting for approval and rejected? All I can see is the upload button and nothing to see what I already submitted and am waiting for approval. I did get an email that one of them was rejected but I can't find that photo in my account or the others that were submitted.

Hello! Could you tell me, please, what is wrong with these halftone vector illustrations? Them consists of ideal circles, I groupped them, and I tryed to do a Compound Path, but my file was still rejected. At the same time, these files were accepted by other stocks, and I have other works accepted on Adobe stock. Thanks!

i haven't used any kind of ai generated images or taken any other artist photos soo why they rejects my photos and design by saying non complient image.. please do something sir.. we worked very hard to create our every single designs and vectors

Is it ok to upload vector and images from same account or prefer diffrent account?

This photo was taken using a compact camera with a 1/2.3 type CMOS sensor. with 20.4 effective megapixel count. No electronic zoom was used as the camera has a 30x optical zoom functionality. The focal length at maximum optical zoom was 129mm. No filtering, photoshop or lightroom effects have been applied to it at the tim eof submission.  Please download the original JPEG to view in original quality.
