Stock Contributors

I have been subscribed to microstockr yearly plan but cannot login into my Adobe Stock account. Then I sent my email to the microstockr develop team and they said it's the problem from Adobe.I have tried to contact Adobe support in chat for many times but they cannot find the professional one for me to solve my problem.  Anyone here with the same problem?

Hello Team, I have personally created all the images myself, ensuring their high quality. I have submitted a total of 35 images, encompassing six distinct types. However, I received rejections for all of them due to what seemed to be quality issues. I am genuinely perplexed as to what might be causing these problems with my images. I assure you that they were all created manually, without the assistance of any AI. Furthermore, I have uploaded them in the highest possible quality and adhered to all required formats. I kindly request that you thoroughly review the images and provide assistance regarding this matter. Thank You Jaydip

Hi, i had 4 vector images rejected for not having submitted a model release file, but these faces are fictional and generated with recraft.ai . I don't have an option for ai-generated when submitting a vector image, however, I did mention this in the title of each image.Can the AI generated content option also be integrated for vector images, please? 

Good afternoon all,I am just checking on something: I know we can't use "filters" to improve our assets, but does that mean I cannot use PortraitPro? If I am allowed, must I stay clear of anything besides skin retouching, such as mascara addition, etc. I understand the goal is to keep pics as close to "real" as possible, so I'm thinking adding makeup or retouching hair might be frowned upon.Thank you all, in advance 😃Annette

I submitted a request to Adobe about their rejection of a minor amount of photos of mine due to needing a property release. It was quite amusing to me that they required this for these photos. They were not only AI generated, but they were not of any recognizable person, obviously artistic, and were tagged correctly as AI. I was very respectful in my contacting of them. Hello,I am very new this community and for the first time I have added 3 images to adobe stock and from 3 images only 1 image approved and 2 in pending since 12 days, after that I have uploaded 16 Images and only 1 approved and 15 are still pending since 6 days. please guide me how this process work I have lot's of stock to add but waiting for previous approvals.

I made a huge mistake – I was not familiar enough with the app I had been using and uploaded at least two images using auto-keywording; the keywords included the name of an artist whose style and lineweight I was trying to emulate, and thus the images were rejected. Additionally, a week or two later my account was suspended permanently for this gross violation of the upload rules. So – I just wanted to give a big thanks to the several people who had really helped me out here and given me very valuable advice and assisted my own troubleshooting on several occasions, and explain why I was no longer active in this forum. Be well, Joshua

Is  possible to get back my account? Is there any one is happened with you. and you unblock your account?   I want to know, is it my fault to increase sale? Many of the contribution are facing this problem. Is it a system error, or adobe stock team it do manually?   What can I do now? How can I unblock my account. Hi, I made an AI picture that is not of a real person. I selected both options for AI picture. But, it tells me I need a model release. Theres no one to get a model release from.  Please Advise. TYIA

The photo  File ID: 132865980  was rejected due to  "similar photo uploaded" except I only have 6 approved images and none are similar at all. Is there a way to contest the decision?

hello good morning I have an account at adobe stock and I send images to it but it says that up to 4 weeks the images are analyzed but all my images were analyzed in 2 months and never in less than a month what do I do and why not yet Did I sign the document or is there another reason? Hello, I checked my login records and noticed an entry for a country I haven't visited. It's possible that my account has been compromised. I immediately revoked the unauthorized login and changed my password.  I'll only be logging in from Japan. Please verify my information. Also, could you please guide me on how to resolve this situation? 

I’ve started submitting wildlife and landscape images, and so far more than half have been rejected because they ‘don’t meet our quality standards’ even though they are mostly full-frame, perfectly exposed pictures taken with a 45mp Nikon D850 and processed in RAW. Looking at what they have accepted, I don’t believe this is about technical quality – they seem (quite understandably) to have accepted the more unusual pictures, rather than those with the highest pure image quality, perhapos because they already have enough standard pictures of frogs, owls, lakes etc – but if that's the case, why don't they say so? It would help me to know what to send in future.

I have very less photos which are eligible for free collection. How much amount do I get if I nominate them for free collection?Without having any idea of that, I am getting confused of whether to nominate them or not nominate them. Please help. 

Hello, this "QUALITY ISSUES" issue is really starting to bother me. It didn't accept some of my images. Again! I pay annual money to pay attention to all the problems caused by AI and to improve the quality. But I know that many people also enlarge them in Photoshop.   I'm uploading an image that I didn't accept. And these are the results I got when I did a small search, believe me, it only took 20 seconds!   Now I ask, according to what my image was not accepted! Hello, I would like to know if my images created using artificial intelligence will be considered. They have been under review for two months already, and I'm afraid they might never be accepted.
