The photo  File ID: 132865980  was rejected due to  "similar photo uploaded" except I only have 6 approved images and none are similar at all. Is there a way to contest the decision?

hello good morning I have an account at adobe stock and I send images to it but it says that up to 4 weeks the images are analyzed but all my images were analyzed in 2 months and never in less than a month what do I do and why not yet Did I sign the document or is there another reason? Hello, I checked my login records and noticed an entry for a country I haven't visited. It's possible that my account has been compromised. I immediately revoked the unauthorized login and changed my password.  I'll only be logging in from Japan. Please verify my information. Also, could you please guide me on how to resolve this situation? 

I’ve started submitting wildlife and landscape images, and so far more than half have been rejected because they ‘don’t meet our quality standards’ even though they are mostly full-frame, perfectly exposed pictures taken with a 45mp Nikon D850 and processed in RAW. Looking at what they have accepted, I don’t believe this is about technical quality – they seem (quite understandably) to have accepted the more unusual pictures, rather than those with the highest pure image quality, perhapos because they already have enough standard pictures of frogs, owls, lakes etc – but if that's the case, why don't they say so? It would help me to know what to send in future.

I have very less photos which are eligible for free collection. How much amount do I get if I nominate them for free collection?Without having any idea of that, I am getting confused of whether to nominate them or not nominate them. Please help. 

Hello, this "QUALITY ISSUES" issue is really starting to bother me. It didn't accept some of my images. Again! I pay annual money to pay attention to all the problems caused by AI and to improve the quality. But I know that many people also enlarge them in Photoshop.   I'm uploading an image that I didn't accept. And these are the results I got when I did a small search, believe me, it only took 20 seconds!   Now I ask, according to what my image was not accepted! Hello, I would like to know if my images created using artificial intelligence will be considered. They have been under review for two months already, and I'm afraid they might never be accepted. Hi community, I've uploaded and had hundreds of photos accepted previously, but in my last batch of uploads almost all have been rejected with the reason stated as quality issues. I've also had a few rejected with the reason 'similar images already submitted', however the image has been very different to others submitted (like a landscape with a person vs the same landscape without any people). Are Adobe just being more selective these days, or can anyone help me understand what is the problem with these 2 images? Thanks for a first time poster!

I have had several rejections that are Quality issues and I can't see what the problem is. Please help me out.

I downloaded FileZilla and put in the info needed, but it says the server doesn't support a secure connection. Whatever I upload will be "sent in the clear". Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?Thanks for any help.

I have read a lot about the rejection reasons of photos uploaded on Adobe Stock. But I think there are some other reasons specific to AI generated art that can get my images rejected. Can anyone help me in summarising the same?

Hello, I'm new here.  I would appreciate if someone explain a little bit about the vector file requirement before I start uploading my vector files. I read the strokes have to be outlined. What about art (image) brush strokes, symbols, patterns, etc? Do they all have to be expanded? Am I allow to use the blending mode and opacity? Should I keep the gredient as is? When I flattened transparency some of my vector files, I saw some color shift (because of the lack of blending mode), and found some not very editable anymore. If I were a customer, I would expect the downloaded vector file to be editable. What are the rules here?    Thanks!   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Dear all I have my photos being rejected upon first submission. I have attached 3 of total about 90 which I expect ot be rejected too.  Any thoughts on why? thanks Lorenz   

I guess today I'm going to struggle with SFTP. After several attempts, I get the following error message (see attached). One thing I did notice about the error is after sftp://sftp.contributor.adobestock.com is a :22. When I typed it in I did not include :22 but simply typed in sftp://sftp.contributor.adobestock.com I assume where it says Username, FileZilla wants my Adobe ID. I generated a new password. This new password is for FileZilla only, right? Or is it also my new password to login to Adobe Stocks and FileZilla? I read the Docs. Found some of it confusing so I'm turning to you guys. What am I doing wrong? Why can't I log into FileZilla?

I have this problem today, this message: "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us." I sent a message to the "Contact us" link, but no answer. What I should do next ? What is wrong ?i didnt withdaw any of my earning ammount. and i submited my lots of artwork and designs.
