I emailed this to Mat Hayward too and will delete or update when I get a response. Only posting here as I thought others might have some useful advice.I post this not to complain or contest a rejection but just for my own knowledge and to avoid wasting reviewers' time in the future.I received IP-related rejections for two illustrations, both partly AI created (based on my own rough sketches, which is a typical workflow for me). However, for the life of me, I cannot discern what the intellectual property could be.Thanks friends. Any & all advice is gratefully accepted. edit: I've attached the images here.

Adobe stock made a payment of to my payoneer account on May 27, 2023. However, this amount was returned to Adobe because my bank account in my payoneer account is old and invalid. I have updated my Payoneer bank account. I have reported this to Adobe Stock 3 times (I filled out a form and explained the situation.) But I have not received any feedback. Will I get the  dollars I earned? I am waiting for your solution.

Dear supporters of the Adobe Help Center, first of all, I wish you all a good day. I have a small problem that I would like to consult you. I have 30 dollars earned in my Adobe Stock account. To get this amount, I clicked on the "payment" button as usual. Then I clicked on the "I am not a US Taxpayer" option. (I live in Turkey and I am a citizen of the Republic of Turkey. When I was filling out the W-8BEN form in Adobe, I saw that there is a certain tax rate between my country and the US, but I think this does not make me a US taxpayer, please warn me if I am wrong.) I then chose "payoneer" as the payment option. I waited a week and finally got a "payment error" warning in Adobe Stock, then a few days later a "payment canceled" warning and the $30 was restored to my Adobe Stock site. What do you suggest I do in this situation? Hello,So I decided to submit some pictures I took to Adobe Stock. One of them was rejected with a day for quality issues, which I agree with. But then yesterday by my surprise, my other pictures were put in review because of the keywords and / or title I chose.This is one of the picture that I submitted (please don't judge the quality). This is the new title and keywords I used:Media type: PhotosTitle: Loaf of breadKeywords language: EnglishKeywords: food, bread, baked, loaf, flourCategory: FoodWould that be a correct way to describe the picture or would you reorder the keywords ? Because in my opinion, the order of priority (as it was explained in the "In Review" reasons) seem to be okay here but I am not sure

hello everyone, I just started creating photos on the site, can you see if this is suitable?

I have completed my first vector art file, and now it is ready to submit for approval.I think I have completed all the requirements except for a couple of issues, which I am finding difficult to understand what to do.1)  My artboard is sized at 5000px by 3000px to meet the 15MB requirement.But my actual stand-alone vector graphic is only approximately 1000px by 700px. Is this correct? 2)  Do I need to offset my artboard to the top left-hand corner, and if so, do I need to have my vector image in that corner also? I have uploaded a screenshot to show what I mean. Hello. I am uploading content to Adobe Stock and I have a few photos and videos. Is it prohibited to share my portfolio page containing these contents as a link to encourage content purchases? Ok this may just be a strange coincidence but thought I would ask. I've been selling photos for years on adobe. Out of nowhere no sales for 12 days. This has never happened to me. It may be that my photos have truly stopped selling but since this is a strange and sudden change thought I would ask if others have had similar problems.

Hi all! I'm uble to log-in [PII removed by moderator] in here and some other pages, but once I want to access my contributor's page I'm getting forwarded to page https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/au/account-creation-unavailable with the message "New account creation is not available at this time", but I already have an account. Everyday I get email with daily earnings report to the same mail address. So how can I resolve this issue? Probably the reason might that I'm russian citizen, but I live in Australia on working visa.   Oleg

God forbid Adobe accepts images with shallow depth of field. It restricts creative freedom and also prevents the upload of extreme macro shots (which I don't want to blend together using focus stacking).

Hello! I have uploaded some images and videos about locations in England which is shot with my drone. They are all rejected because of 'contains certain keyword or title errors'All the titles I made were very short such as Aerial drone shot of Stonehaven, Scotland. The keywords are mostly basic such as town, coast, harbour, drone, and ofcourse local tags such as Scotland, Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire. Why is my footage rejected? Thanks for the help. 

Hello there, I have submitted some random stuff including photos, illustrations ai generated, illustrations created using photoshop, and vectors. only the camera captured photos were reviewed and all the other files are still under review. I have some illustrations on trending topic, that event passed and illustrations are still under review. Please experts help me in this matter.

Greetings and good time to all. Is it normal and possible to have a freak occurrence of no photo sales in over 10 days and so to be stuck at a money amount just short of payout value? It has never occurred before. Usually there has been one sale per day, and no such big delays with no sales. Does anyone have the same issue at the moment?Could it be that a sales counter is broken at the moment?Can it be due to other technical issues, and if so, what are the possible reasons? Thanks in advance.

After upgrading my MacBook are with the last release, I started getting this message when I attempt to view my Behance page. I click the link to correct the problem but there is nothing to indicate what I need to do next. Any suggestions?

I uploaded these two videos, but unfortunately they were both rejected. Please bear in mind that these are videos from 1956, so the cualiality could not be the most professional. In the rejected reason they wrote is because of copy rights, but there is no way to recononice the people who are in the video and also most of them could be dead already. I will aprecciate if someone could give tips how I can add the videos better to be acept it.

They are being rejected with this message:Common problems that can affect the technical quality of the images include exposure issues, blur, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise.Although I did edit the first photos a bit, after receiving this same response before, I decided to upload the original photos, but they also tell me the same thing. Hello, I currently posted vector files on Adobe stock but there is a problem. I don't know how will it look like after review but the summit preview seems to have an error as suddenly my texts disappeared from the preview image when I uploaded it on site, I have already zipped both the AI file and JPG in the same zip files. In another file i uploaded the texts in the preview image didn't disappear but suddenly it changed the fonts of AI files.  Please help me, thanks! 

HelloI don't understand why a series of bird photos have been rejected, claiming similar images already uploaded when in my portfolio, although I do have other photos of birds, they don't look like these. I don't understand what has happened. Some help?
