Good afternoon,I have several regections on vector files with standart message:Your file has one or more of these issues:Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG fileI have cheked but cannot see any problems. I would very apprisiate if you can help me to find mistakes. Regards, IR 

Hey there, fellow photographer extraordinaire! So, I've been noticing something a tad bit peculiar lately. My stock photos, you know, the ones I poured my heart and soul into, are experiencing some serious sales blues. It's like they've taken a vow of exclusivity with my hard drive and refuse to mingle with the world out there. Now, I can't help but wonder, is it because my photos are of, uh, questionable quality? Are they secretly plotting against me, sabotaging my dreams of fame and fortune? Or is it just a rite of passage for budding photographers to have their masterpieces go unnoticed while the world continues to crave cat videos?I mean, come on! I've submitted a whopping 196 photos, and all I get in return are a measly 2-4 downloads per month. It's like my images are wearing Harry Potter's invisibility cloak or something! So, my fellow creatives, I beseech your wisdom. If you have any suggestions, comments, or even a magical spell to boost my sales, I'm all ears. S

Uploaded this photo as one of my first photos ever uploaded to the site. It got rejected for being too similar to another image(s) I've already uploaded, so they can't accept it. If I don't have any other pictures, how does this make sense?

Hi I am a Contributer of Adobe stock My account has been validated I do not have committed any violation of terms and policy of Adobestock but they don't reply its been two months from now they don't even reply I have contacted some other Contributers from Pakistan they have facing same issue that Adobe did not care of their Contributers and blocked their accounts and don't give them their earnings it is so disappointing for me After so much hardwork and time spend on building my portfolio they just blocked you and don't pay your earnings.

Hi,I'm a contributor for about 20 months now, have a 2800 pictures portfolio which sells reasonably well.All my last pictures were rejected (a couple of hundreds at least) because of quality issues.I am aware of most of the rules and understand that not everything is interesting or just not good enough. But rejecting everything after so much work is a bit harsh.Who could explain this a bit better? I didn't had that problem before. The camera I use is a Nikon Z6II with the 24-70 mm f 2.8 Nikon lens., that should not be the first concern I allready sent Adobe this message twice, since no answer came, I try to get this clear here. Without a for me clear answer, I'm afraid that uploading new content has no sense anymore. Too bad, because income was growing steadily.Best regards,Wenrer.

I suspect the problem is with the tagging, good tagging is essential when trying to get people to download a video or photo. I am currently uploading photos and videos of sky and clouds. This was the label before putting the sky and clouds videos: evening, sky, gray, light, environment, sunlight, bluish, beautiful, color, abstract, nature, weather, clouds, blue, wind, fluffy, fluffy, time lapse, day, atmosphere, bright, space, cumulus, strange, sky, high, outdoors, cloudscape, shape, meteorology, white, cloud, beauty, outdoors, compact, mass, greyish, whitish, cloudy ,grey, time-lapse, backgrounds, air, speed, motion, After reading an Adobe article that further explained tagging, I created a new tag, which is this: Evening, clouds, sky, meteorology, sky, landscape, timelapse, joy, peace, aerial, open air, climatology, climate, light, bright, during the day, beautiful, beauty

I am a Contributer from Pakistan my account has been validated for no reason I tried so much to contact customer support of Adobestock but they don't listen I have work so hard to earn some money I have also pending my earnings but they dont care of their Contributers who have worked very hard for them to sell their content .

Adobe Stock blocked my contributor account stating that you violated our terms and downloaded your own data. I have explained them that I have never created a seller account. I sent them many mails but they are not responing. I have the account from years and never even withdrew money. It still had money and the locked it. I said give me proof where do you see I have violated any term. But they siad your account will remain blocked without any explanation or proof.  I read on internet and community, and many people have this issue. So as I understand they are doing fraud with honest and hardworking contributors. This is unacceptable. Either the whole community or someone from their team is a fraud.  I am very disappointed and abgry on whats happening. Never expected Adobe will be a fraud.

buenos dias compañeros.estoy iniciandome en esto del stokc y recientemente me fue rechazada esta fotografia, indicandome problemas tecnicos, pero no alcanzo a saber que problema tecnico, me es importante saberlo para evitarlo en lo sucesivo.la fotografia es un cotrtaluz de puesta d esol con el sol incluido.Muchas gracias de antemano.

quality issues i guess. do you pass anything with sepia tone style? it would be great to know so i don't waste my time then have to wait 2 more months.

SUBI FOTOS MUY BELLAS Y ACEPTABLES. RESULTA QUE NINGUNA CUANDO ESTÁN CON LUZ, SON PROPIAS Y NO TIENEN NINGÚN FLITRO. SIGO SIN ENTENDER CUÁL ES EL PROBLEMA

I'm an Adobe Stock contributor. I didn't receive the new redemption code. My program ends on March 1, this is very little time. By all criteria adobe, I should get a new code. How can I get a new redemption code? Thanks.
