Hello,My Ai images are being rejected due to no model release form. The people within the photos are generated and not real people to sign obviously. I have selected the option "ai generated". If they already rejected the photo, waiting won't help correct?Would going the route of a "real estate" property release form maybe work? Or what can I do as live chat doesn't work, they don't have phone service to talk to. anyone via phone and have submitted email to support as well.
Hello, I uploaded some some AI Stock Photos but it's been a while and there is no update on them. Can you check them please? Thank you.
could someone help me to understand what the quality issues ae with this photo so i can correct them in the future
My watercolor illustrations have been under review for over a month now. I saw on the forum that many people have such a problem, but with AI pictures. I have these watercolor drawings and each of them has a license agreement from the author. Previously, work was accepted for a maximum of 5 days. What changed? Is it worth uploading further works, will they be placed in galleries or do they need to be re-uploaded? I'm worried and waiting for an answer. Thank you.
There are no items highlighted in red. What am I doing wrong?
Hello! everyone , please give your quality feedback about this image.
my illustrator has been under review for over a month without moderation, i need help with this
Hi, I uploaded my photos more than week ago, and they still be in review. Is it relited to a big number of AI generated images by other users? I didnt upload anything created by AI, so just interesting why is moving so slow compre with past. Thanks for replying.

Hi, my first 10 submissions for Adobe Stock are waiting for moderation for 16 days. Is it allright or probably there is any technical issue that keeps the process suspended without visible signs?
Hi everyone!Just got rejected a lot of images that are accepted in other stock platforms. Could you help me with identifying "quality issues" on that? Thanks in advance.
Hello, can anyone tell me why all the photos taken with Alpha 7 are discarded due to technical problems? [moderator edited subject for clarity]
Hello, I don't understand why all my pictures in HD are rejected as the picture in my message ? Can you help Me ? Thank you
I am unable to log in to Adobe Stock using either Microsoft Edge or Firefox browsers (Chrome works). Just wondered if this was a universal problem or known bug?Once my email address is entered and expecting to go to password the next page that pops up is shown in the atached image. Not related to Adobe and I'm not even sure if it is from my ISP since failure to accept the email password takes me to another page that indicates I'm trying to get into my Microsoft account!! Very confusing. And yet logging in using Chrome works fine.
It occurs to me that a large percentage of the photos posted here as rejected for "technical reasons" were taken with cell phones. Would Adobe be better off requiring intact EXIF info in uploaded photos, and automatically rejecting those taken with cell phones and other small sensor devices? I know of at least one other agency that will not even consider photos unless they were taken with a "camera suitable for stock photography". Yes, I know it is possible to get acceptable photos with a cell phone under ideal conditions, and rejecting cell phone photos would reject some suitable images, but overall the reviewers would have to wade through fewer unacceptable images (reducing their workload and Adobe's overhead expenses), and a higher percentage of uploaded photos would be acceptable. Just a thought...
I'm trying to upload a video through Filezilla since yesterday, it shows that the transfer was successfully completed but the video does not appear in the tab for new material.I would be grateful if someone could help me
Hi,I have done a session with my model studying at dusk and at night in a room, so the images don't have too much light, and have been rejected with the following explanation: "Common problems that can affect the technical quality of images include exposure problems, artistic flou, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise." These photos were accepted in other agencies that are known to be very restrictive with no problems. I find the photos are not overedited, they don't have noise and the luminosity of the scene is the corresponding one to the idea I want to transmit. Thank you in advance!
I've gotten rejections before, but never an entire batch of seven images at once. All seven were the first pictures I uploaded after getting a Tamron 70-200mm for my Canon 80D (I know...I need a newer camera). But I've had decent enough success uploading and getting accepted images using my 80D with other lenses. Oddly, the Tamron 70-200mm is the most expensive and highest quality lens I now own, so having all seven images rejected for quality issues was a bit odd. Anyway, the photo below is one of the rejections. Maybe I need to reduce the noise in the sky? I'll try that and re-upload.
Hello!I want to ask how long it takes for Adobe Stock administration to check the AI images I made. I have been waiting 25 days and nobody has reviewed my images. Best wishes, Electronic Lily Pad [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Hi everyone! It is my first time here in Adobe Stock. I uploaded my first image but it was rejected because of its quality and i don't really understand what that mean in this case. Can anybody explain why? Thanks
Hi there. I'm a new contributer and have had four images rejected on Quality Issues. Wondering what ppl might think the reason is? I've had eight similar images approved so guess it's not a focus/sharpness issue. Would aporceited any feedback. The attached red image is one that has been rejected. The purple image was approved. Note these are AI generated. Thanks!
