Stock Contributors

I have been working for 6 months on how to be able to create graphic assets for stock. And I know most of template submission guidelines including Indt,psdt File Format, use of font and Metadata Excel sheet.Now they will not accept me as an applicant in stock. I have spent a lot of time in stock. Please help me. Can anyone describe their experience with the template account?

My item hasn't been under review for 9 days, which is unusual

Hi, I just received a notification that my account is locked due to violating the terms of use. I have worked very very hard and carefully, I am sure I have not violated any terms.Is there any mistake?Currently, adobe stock is my main job, and the unreasonably locked account shocked me.I received an email response with rather general content.

[DO NOT DO THIS!!]    

Hello, community experts. I posted several images I have made. And 3 out of 4 were rejected, despite they were made in same style. I am new to this platform and would like to know why this 3 pictures were rejected. Thank you very much for help!

Dear Support Team, When I was on holiday I opened an Adobe account and started contributing on Adobe Stock. Now after a lot of talk with support, I found out that it is impossible to change my country. I am back in my home country where I have my business and decided to create a new Adobe account, with products like Photoshop, Lightroom and Bridge. I want to transfer my images from my old account to my new one. I found here on the forum that to do this automatically, it is not possible. So my question is: can I just delete an image from my old account and upload it to my new account? Because my old account is still within the 45 day period, I can not yet request a cashout of my rewards and that is why I prefer to not close the account yet. Thank you very much for assisting me on this matter

Friends, please help.I am a Adobestock contributor. The Adobe Stock site is checking my account, I've been working since 2013 and there were no problems. Allegedly, I violated copyright. Now my account is suspended, but the Adobestock does not respond to my requests, which were more than 10. I am very tired, since my income depends on the earnings on the Adobestock. What to do? Hello! Please help me I get this today : "Account validation issue Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us." I was registering at adobe stock as a contributor 4 months ago, you approved my id, and my tax form, and some 16.000 of my works...then today when I am logged in, and go to sell, or try to upload my new works I see this :  "Account validation issue. Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us." https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/account-issue What is this, what is the problem, please help me, If the problem is related to "Uploading many identical images" I won't do it anymore. I am waiting for your anwser! Many thanks,

Hello! I have a problem with adobe stock account, the illustration that I uploaded and It's still under review and it's been 10 days that is a lot! In the same time I didn't have any gain of money, is adobe having a problem? Or I have to wait

Is it possible to upload photos that are also uploaded to multiple stock photo websites other than Adobe Stock? Thanks in advance.

Hello my Stock contributor account recently got suspended for unknown reasosns which I'm not sure off. I tried contacting them via email but there's no response. Chat support is almost unhelpful. Can anyone help me what to do to get the account back? Would be helpful.

Hi, I recently joined and some images I've uploaded have been in review for 7 days. I have since added more images to be reviewed - does this delay the original photos? Is a 7 day wait normal or am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Kirsty.

I think I need some help. For the last couple of weeks its seems like all of my photos keep getting rejected for quality isssues. Thank you for any help. 

I uploaded my first content two weeks ago. Im a little bit worried because, I can read it usually is reviewed within a week - 10 days. My account is old, and I can’t remember if it is created at fotolia. Could this be the issue? Thanks   [Topic edited by moderator for clarity.]

I have uploaded couples of animation clips in adobe stock but they have been rejected as one or more reason as follows:1- unintensional shaking2- black or white empty space3- composition or audio issueWhich in my opinion the 2nd one is probably the issue.I attached one of videos for your evaluation to guide me.(this video is an animated banner)thanks

Hello, Adobe! Some of my images are 17 days on review, others 10+ days, is it a bug? Other user's images are approved in about 4 days now (as i know), but mine looks buggy frozen (not approved or rejected, just in "in review" section), can you check if it is ok? Thank You!
