I think my last fotos were rejected because the lake color was partially pink. Probably the artificial Intelligence rejected this pink as artificial color, which is wrong: these are toxic algae and the main subject of the fotos. I think, the AI quite frequently rejects fotos wrongly when the subject or a color is unusual. There should be a possibility to have such fotos checked by humans or the AI should be fed more unusual subjects. Thanks
Recently i uploaded some photo in my contributor account but eventhough its been approved but not showing in public profile or in search. please check on this
I want to express my disappointment with Adobe’s Stock Marketplace and how dealt with my situation (or better say didn’t deal) for months now. Before going into this, my name is Mirza and I’m a stock freelancer, uploading AE templates, motion graphics videos etc. from 2010. In October/November 2022 I wanted to try Adobe Stock marketplace and I uploaded maybe few hundred of my best videos and sales were picking up. Around 25th November 2022 I got a message on my marketplace dashboard: “Account validation issue” and that I have to contact support, which I did immediately. After few days I got a reply: 29th November Your account has been blocked because you are uploading content that appears to belong to either other artists or websites.By accepting the Adobe Stock Contributor Agreement, you have agreed to upload only content to which you own 100% of the copyrights of all image elements. You have violated this agreement. Which I replied that I have no idea what they’re talking about

Hello! My works have been reviewed more than three weeks. Usually it takes more less time. Can you explain the reason for that or help me to fix this mistake. My account link is https://stock.adobe.com/ru/contributor/209060292/%D0%90%D0%BB%D0%B8%D0%BD%D0%B0%20%D0%94%D0%BC%D0%B8%D1%82%D1%80%D0%B8%D0%B5%D0%B2%D0%B0 [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
HiI'm a newbie and I'm trying to get some of my images uploaded, and although some have got through, some haven't on quality grounds, and I'm not sure why. Would you mind taking a look and giving me some feedback? (The attached are reduced to 72DPI, is that the best thing to do here?)Thanks!Nigel
Hola dejo esta imagen que me fue rechazada para saber de ustedes que es lo que puedo mejorar en la imagen para que pueda ser aceptada. Por cierto la subí sin mi marca de agua (galateq)
Hi, I am already a contributor in Adobe Stock. Previously, when I uploaded new work, it was approved within 5-7 days at most. Now I've been waiting for 2 weeks and my work is still not approved. Why is it taking so long? What can I do to speed up the process? I have a job for Easter and I specifically uploaded it earlier. Is this normal at all?
I'm confused about Property Releases when the generated AI images of people are cartoon style. Are Property Releases necessary in this case too? Thanks in advance.Elisabetta
I will tell you my case to see if this has happened to someone else: I started selling on Adobe Stock a while ago, and since I was just starting to sell, I made typical rookie mistakes, and in that I sent some illustrations that I had used to create 3D book covers. And I just sent those illustrations to Adobe Stock, and they blocked my account for Intellectual Property. I explained my case by mail, asking for help, since it was my first time selling on Adobe Stock and I wanted to see how I could recover my account. It turns out that Adobe Stock support stopped responding to the emails I sent, and this case has been going on for more than 2 months, and I still don't have information about the blocked account. Even in the Adobe Stock support chat, my messages are not answered. And I also had to create a new account, and it's been 10 days, and they still don't review the illustrations I send for review in that new account. This is where I come to think t
My Adobe Stock began to refuse to accept photos for quality control, although these photos passed quality control on all stocks, including such well-known ones as Shutterstock, iStockphoto and others. Does Adobe Stock have any acceptance requirements that are different from other stocks? Attached two photos for example in the refusal. They passed quality control on all stocks, but they were not accepted at Adobe Stock. [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
my adobe stock contributor account is disabled
I get so confused when reading the verbiage. Would a building under construction be consider copyright infringment?
Frage: Kann ich als Contributor bei Adobe Stock das gleiche Bild in unterschiedlichen Sprachen (Titel des Bildes und Keywords) einreichen? [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
I've uploaded a ground of images and none of them are posting to Adobe Stock Photos. Some of these were uploaded over a week ago? What is the proper way to reach support? [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Hello community. Refused for technical reasons. Thanks in advance everyone for the replies
I am using a paid AI service to create faces. Even if the person in the image is non-existent, adobe still requires a model or property release. I read in another thread that a property release is needed for a non-existent person. I am very confused. My doubts are: 1. What should I upload for the 'Visual Reference of the property' in the release form?2. Property owner - Who is considered the property owner, me or the AI company?3. Artist information - Should I provide my own artist information or that of the AI company? It would be very helpful if someone could clarify the above details. Thanks.
I have uploaded many AI created "photos" to Adobe Stock and as described properly labeled at categories as "illustrations", "generatively created" and the keywords and titles also properly labeled. e.g. generatively created with AI. After several weeks of "processing time" I get today the message "During the review we have found elements (and indeed all) , which require a written model release". Maybe a human could take a look at this and not a bot. Why are extra fields introduced like "generatively created"??? I can only shake my head at this. This is anything but professional work.
Just for curiosity sake, if anyone can tell me what is the problem with this image.Every other agency acepted this image but here. Thanks!
