Ideen? VG [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Hello everyone,My first post! I have been a contributor for a while now. Today I noticed I could not submit more photos (the button is greyed out) and it seems I have either exceeded my limit (what is the limit?) for today or I have too many photos for review. HOWEVER, I checked and I have only 13 under review. THEN I clicked on them and they all have been there for somewhere between 5 and 12 months! From my understanding, it should not take more than 8 weeks to review, so what do I do here?I sent a support ticket, but that was a week ago and no reply so far. Any suggestions?Thank you

Hello everyone,I’m still a bit confused about choosing the correct asset type when submitting generative AI images to Adobe Stock. In my opinion, many AI-generated images (such as living room interiors, furniture, or real-world objects) look realistic at first glance, but upon closer inspection, there are often subtle AI artifacts - for example in lighting, textures, or overall visual quality - that may not fully match high-quality camera photography.Because of this, I’ve been consistently submitting these AI images as Illustrations, even when the subject itself is real and appears photorealistic. My reasoning is that choosing “Illustration” feels safer, since I’m unsure whether the image truly qualifies as “looks like it was captured with a camera.” My questions are: Is this approach incorrect or against Adobe Stock policy? Or should AI images that look realistic still be submitted as Photos, even if there is a slight AI look upon closer inspection? I’d really appre
Hello Forum, I tried to upload some of my pics to the Adobe Stock for the very first time. I am mainly into astro photography and thought the adobe stock could be a nice place to earn at least a bit of money with that niche of a hobby. So I was very upset to got 12 of my first 13 images rejected for quality issues. And yes there is one i maybe can understand that due to some noise on a widefild pic take at very low light. But there are some deep sky, sun and moon shots I think the quality is good. And yes real astrophotography has some grain and flaws from time to time but that also was the reason I send them in under the "Science" category. I add one moon, sun and deep sky shot and maybe someone can tell me whats the reason the might be rejected. If it is for minor focus issues when pixel peeping or grain than maybe adobe stock isnt the right place for me. GreetingsAndreas
Hello,Greetings from me!I am a contributor to Adobe Stock. I am facing a problem a lot, and that is "Similar content in our collection". This problem is being shown in about 80 percent of the files in my account and being rejected. But when I prepare and upload a new file, I first check whether it has been published before the similar one, and then upload the file. While checking, I see that there is no exact or slightly different file that has been uploaded before. But my file is still rejected. This has happened not once but many times. Which is very sad. You may know how much time it takes to prepare a file completely. But if at the end of the work, if you see it damaged, then your mind becomes very bad and there is a reluctance to work.I hope the contributor team will look into this in a positive light.Thank you.

Hello everyone,I would like to ask for your advice regarding image rejections on Adobe Stock. Most of my uploads are AI-generated images that combine infographics and professional/occupation-related scenes. While a small number of images were approved, the majority (around 90%) are being rejected due to quality issues. One possible factor I am considering is the image resolution and aspect ratio. Many of my images are generated at 5632 × 3072 pixels, which is close to but not exactly 16:9.My concern is that during Adobe Stock’s review or internal processing, images may be automatically adjusted or cropped to a strict 16:9 ratio, potentially causing important parts of the image to be cut off. This could then lead to a “quality issue” rejection, even if the original image looks fine.My questions are:Is 5632 × 3072 considered a problematic resolution on Adobe Stock? Can a non-exact 16:9 aspect ratio increase the likelihood of rejection? Is it possible that cropping or resizing during review ca
here i upload these 2 pictures why it was not accepted
Hello everyone, I hope to get your help in understanding my current situation. My Adobe Stock contributor account was previously suspended due to having multiple accounts. The extra accounts were later deleted, and my main account was successfully restored after I submitted an appeal, which was resolved in about a week. After the restoration, I have strictly followed the platform rules. However, only about twenty days later, my account was suspended again without any prior notification. I submitted an appeal for the second suspension as well, but it has been more than two months and I have not received any response. I have carefully reviewed the platform policies and ensured that I have not intentionally violated any rules. I have also strictly managed and uploaded content following Adobe Stock guidelines. I would like to ask: Is there a way to check the current status of the case regarding my second suspension? Can I request an escalation or a more detailed exp
Hello everyone.I've uploaded some vector templates to my portfolio. Some of them are being rejected for allegedly being too similar to other templates in the Adobe Stock collection. Objectively, I can understand some of the reasons. Initially, I thought multifunctional designs would be best for these cases, and in those situations, it's normal for them to indicate a certain similarity to other contributors' work. However, the following design was rejected for the same reason, as were several others. And all of them with the same explanation: "Similar content in our collection."This started to seem strange to me, so I decided to do thorough searches, both manually and using Google and Adobe recognition tools, as well as Artificial Intelligence. However, I couldn't find the similar content they mentioned. Perhaps I haven't searched correctly. I'd like to know if you've seen similar designs on the platform:I'd like to know your opinion, or if anyone has seen a design similar to this exampl
Hello everyone, After more than three years of contributing to Adobe Stock, with over 2,500 assets uploaded, my contributor account was deactivated about two months ago. Unfortunately, I never received a clear or specific reason explaining why this happened. Since then, I’ve submitted more than five contact forms to reach the Adobe Stock Contributor Team, but I haven’t been able to get a response or any guidance on how to move forward. This situation has been very frustrating, especially after investing so much time and effort into building a high-quality portfolio and following Adobe’s guidelines. It also makes me wonder whether the increasing focus on AI-generated content is changing priorities, and if long-term contributors and real designers are being affected by this shift. Has anyone experienced something similar, or does anyone have advice on what steps I should take next to get my account reviewed or reactivated? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advanc

Would love to know what to do with these images, they've been treated on Camera Raw and declined as "quality-problem".
