Hi, Today, When i'm try to access email account and i can't log in, im assumsed that email maybe hacked and im already post my problem to community as email provider im used. but still not have answer.right now, i'm very frustration about this situation and make me to try ask quetion here, may have answer (hopefully). is it possible to change contributor email account? im worry maybe future have some problem, because i can't access my email account. Hello, I am a new contributor trying to grow my portfolio on adobe. For the last couple weeks I learned a lot about stock photography and pretty much adjusted my whole style of making photos and post production. Still just a few of my pictures passe the quality check and I noticed a dot on some of my pictures.Does anybody know from what this artefact is coming from?

I am having the same problems. I know that many of than are too old, so I belive that they have not great resolusion or focus. But others I don't understand why. Someone, can you help me, please? Thank you!   (Moderator moved to a separate discussion. It is best to start your own thread.)

As far as I know, Adobe can withdraw payments to Payoneer, but I can only choose Skrill or Paypal and there is no Payoneer option, how do I add Payoneer? Thanks   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Bonjour,J'ai remarqué trop tard un problème sur une de mes photo qui a été acceptée. Je joins le n° de fichier Adobe car je n'ai plus le fichier d'origine, entre-temps je l'ai corrigé : 558159428En haut à gauche entre les câbles électriques du tramway il y a des zones claires : j'ai assombri le ciel en oubliant ces parties. Voilà ce que c'est quand on veut aller trop vite !Est-ce qu'il est possible de la remplacer par la version corrigée sans la supprimer et la soumettre de nouveau ? Merci pour vos réponses

Bonjour, Depuis mes 2 dernières soumissions je suis surpris par rapport aux photos qui sont acceptées ou refusées. Des photos que j’ai soumis sans trop y croire car de qualité à peine acceptable et que j’aurais refusé si j’étais modérateur Adobe ont été acceptées (photos de la chèvre avec une poule sur le dos et des gréements) et à l’inverse d’autres de meilleure qualité ont été refusées (photos du chat derrière des cordages et du mur de pierre avec des coulées de rouille). J’ajoute que la photo du chat derrière des cordages est l’une des 3 photos que j'ai présenté pour passer le contrôle de qualité pour être admis chez Alamy.Quelqu'un aurait une explication ? Since my last 2 submissions I’m surprised by the photos that are accepted or refused. I did a search but I don't find an answer. I was in the White House press pool for a Trump rally. I have photos of the crowd, as well as the former president. There were tens of thousands of people there at this public event. 99% of the people in the photo have their head turned away from the camera but it seems there usually at least one person in every photo has at least a partial profile showing. They are slightly out of focus, as I was focusing on the former president in the distance or just on a sign being held up above the crowd. Can I submit those or will they be rejected for no model release? I attached a picture of my computer screen to show an example of what I'm talking about.

Hello, I'm a new photographer, and I've submitted 45 images to both Shutterstock and Adobe over the past couple weeks. Of those, 38 were accepted by Shutterstock and 14 were accepted by Adobe, so I'm gathering that Adobe has higher standards. That said, Adobe's feedback has me unsure what my quality issues are. Shutterstock said stuff like Artifacts, Focus, Noise, etc, but Quality Issues has me at a loss. In this drive folder are all the pictures that were rejected in my last submission where something doesn't jump out at me as a potential rejection flaw. I'm sure they're not flawless, there's no way they're not  but where some pictures were like "Oh, huh yeah", these I'm not sure on. I have a lot of cityscape and building photography. It's probably one of my favorite things to do. However, I can't upload most of them because I have never successfully gotten a property release, and I don't think it's from a lack of trying. I have tried finding the property owners online, but I have not received a response. After nothing for a month, I revisit the site and come in with printed-out forms, and politely explain to whoever I can there that I have an image of their property and if they are happy with it, I'd love for them to sign a release form. If it's a shop or cafe or something, I normally buy something I can actually afford so I'm not completely wasting their time. Here are 3 examples - and all attempts go something like this.  1: sure you can use it how you want! Hello!I've uploaded 33 pics from different photoshoots and all of my photos have been rejected due to quality issues. That seems kinda weird to me. I wouldn't mind if a few pictures got rejected or at least all of the same photoshoot, but every one that I uploaded? I'm attaching five example photos - different lightning, different setting etc.

I cannot see my earnings or the photo collections from the Dashboard. I have the filter settinsg to ALL time. Suppose i had around 10 dollars in earnings and now shows zero.
