Stock Contributors

Hello everyone, I'm new here and my last photo-upload almost completely were rejected due to "technical issues" without any details provided. Has anyone ideas, what's wrong with the photos or what I can make better? In the attachment are sample images. Thanks a lot for your comments.  

Can't figure out what issues they were referring too. Looking for ideas as to what went wrong.

Can contributors post/upload .mov Alpha+RGB content? Thanks in advance for any help provided.

Ho dei crediti accumulati grazie a qualche vendita e vorrei utilizzarli per acquistare una immagine, però quando seleziono la immagine e premo per acquistare la licenza mi dà solo l'opzione di acquisto o con paypal o con carta di credito. Come posso fare ad acquistarla con i miei crediti?

I'm searching for rules and policy cooperation about selling photos via Adobe Stock but i can't find it. Could someone help me?

Hi. I was asked by one our member to ask for this, while she can't log into adobestock (wants to fill tax form which will expire at the end of december). I tried to log in from my laptop, and mac, and the same thing happens - it's circling around. Both passwords on fotolia and adobestock are reset/changed, and when she try to log into adobestock, it says "we can see you are selling on fotolia - sinc accounts", and when she try to log into fotolia, it says in red letters that account is already in use. For me it looks like site glitch? I tried to find some live support/live chat, but i can't find if there is any. Any advice?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Am relatively new to stock, started with Adobe this year and am now starting to see quite a few sales coming though. Encouraged by that I recently also started submitting to Shutterstock. I want to use my existing releases from Adobe on Shutterstock. Shutterstock say they accept releases from Adobe but they need to be in jpg. If I download an Adobe release it is in pdf format. I have tried taking a screenshot of the Adobe pdf and saving as jpg. Shutterstock not happy with that, they say it's an invalid release. I appreciate this is more of a Shutterstock question but am sure some of you guys must know the correct method.
