Hey I am new to Adobe! Can someone tell my why my image was rejected?I recently joined Adobe stock as a contributor(I only have 1 video in my portfolio) and cannot understand why my image was rejected(it is not AI generated).If someone is willing to explain please do. I would be greatful! Thank you 

Hey,I am looking for someone to review my portfolio. I was progressing well from April '25 to July '25. But from August onwards my sales have been going very slow. I want to know where I can improve to get better sales. What type of work should I focus on? Dear Adobe Stock Contributor Support,I am an active contributor on Adobe Stock, and I have recently been facing repeated rejections of my submitted artworks due to the reason: "Similar content already exists in our collection."I would like to clarify that the designs I am uploading are my original creations, custom-made by me. I make sure to avoid using templates or copying other works. However, despite making unique designs, the system still flags them as too similar to existing content.Could you please review this issue or guide me on how to avoid such rejections in the future? Unable to Create a Stock Contributor account because it says I have multiple accounts anyone els figure out how to fix this?I deleted 2 accounts  one from college and one was a free sign up I didnt even know I had.  But It still wont let me inKeep getting the Multiple Accounts error messageAnd of course Customer service is no help  

Hi. Recently I found a new problem: I can't send some files for review. It's not related to upload limits, because I can send some files for review, but not others at the same time. I changed their titles and keywords, but it doesn't change anything, I still can't send some files for review. Do you know the reason for this?

How can I contact the support for Suspecious download ?

Hi folks, Noticed this today -  I submitted 3 files for review, it came up with the green bar saying "submitted successfully", the number of files "in review" goes up by 3 but i cannot see the newly submitted files. I go back to the "new" page and they are there again, ready to submit.  Just wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue.  Thanks.

As a press photographer for 40+ years I have pictures of celebrities and famous people, ie. ex Prime ministers, ministers, singers etc. I would like to offer as stock, but can I?

I am new to video editing. Most of my videos are rejected with the reason: "Unfortunately, during the review we found one or more technical issues such as unintentional shaking, empty black or white frame, compression and/or audio issues, so we cannot accept it into our collection." Some of the rejected videos I processed with all available CapCut autocorrectors and re-submitted for moderation - to no avail. On the other hand, there are clips processed only in ClipChamp, and yes, they passed moderation successfully. The problem is that I cannot visually recognize video defects. Videos are created in TensorArt on a paid subscription model Wan 2.2, possibly in QWEN. I will be grateful if someone gives constructive recommendations (possibly other programs/services for generation/processing). Thanks in advance.

Bonjour tout le monde. Je fais principalemen des images par IA. j'ai quelques photos également  dans mon portfolio. Depuis plusieurs jours, environ 1 à 2 semaines, je ne peux pas télécharger mes images créées avec IA alors que je n'ai jamais rencontré de problèmes pour les télécharger sur la plate-forme où je dois ensuite inscrire les méta-données. J'arrive, par contre, à télécharger mes photos. Quelqu'un aurait une solution ?

I want to ensure my portfolio and sales data remain secure, and I believe these activities may need to be reviewed by Adobe.Can anyone advise on the correct channel to report suspected fraudulent or unusual downloads? Hello, I have recently faced a huge problem as a contributor. My files are being massively rejected without clear explanations — more than 30 were declined already. At the same time, many of my works stay in review for months (some are pending for 6 months already). I spend a lot of time creating original illustrations, but this situation completely devalues my work. Earlier, all my files were accepted and sold well. Now I cannot normally earn money, because I already have more than 200 files stuck in review. For example, I created summer illustrations meant for seasonal sales, and also school-related drawings — but they are still pending, so the timing and commercial potential are lost. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? What would you recommend to do in such a situation?

Hello,About a year ago my two Adobe Stock contributor accounts were blocked. Those accounts and their emails are still logged in on my laptop, but now I want to start fresh with one new account and only upload handmade vectors (not AI-generated content).My question is: will there be any issue if I create and use this new account on the same device where my old blocked accounts were logged in?Thank you for your guidance.

This image was sold for $2.69 USD, but, my account was credited with $0.99 USD. Why would I want to know?

I'd like to ask for two pieces of advice.Like the first screenshot, I'd like to upload a desktop wallpaper featuring a famous work by a Korean poet from about 100 years ago. Under Korean law, the copyright has expired, so I can use it freely. Is it okay to upload it here?I understand that the names of known people cannot be displayed. Should I upload them without their names?This font was created entirely in calligraphy. I'd like to upload just the letters as a vector file. Would that be possible?thank you

I used https://stock.adobe.com/ to do a similar content search after some new images were rejected for 'similar content', and this is what Adobe came up with as similar content. These are totally wrong matches for both content and attribute search, so is the AI that rejects similar content getting it wrong? I am getting a lot of AI images rejected that should be different enough, or are totally different, and I can see a lot of others are having similar issues.
