Hi thereI signed up as a contributor on Adobe Stock. When I logged in, a screen popped up asking to add a phone number.https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/onboarding/verify-prerequisites I clicked on it, it redirected me to:https://account.adobe.com/profile?editPhoneNumber I entered my phone number, but didn't receive the code which I had to enter. So, I clicked on try again, but still didn't get it.I waited for hours, tried again, now it won't even send code, it shows error in red.. I waited again, entered my phone number, it asked to enter code but I didn't receive so... I changed the phone number, but it didn't work.I opened it in incognito mode, still doesn't work.I contacted support, but they couldn't help me with it.Please sort this out so I can make contributions on my Adobe Stock Contributor Account.Best Regards
I submitted a series of photos from the same shoot; some were accepted, while others were rejected for quality issues. All very similar settings and results - not seeing anything glaring (except maybe the sun glare?)
These two images were rejected due to having similar content. Does the title, keywords, or other metadata added to the image influence this 'similar content' rejection? How can we avoid this issue when uploading images in the future? Also, how can we check whether the image we created has similar content already available?
Hello there,I went from a 95% acceptance rate to 20% or less. Almost all of my submissions are being rejected for the "similar image" reason. The quality of the images is really good and doesn’t have any issues.I am uploading at most 2 or 3 variations of each object ,PNGs only and a variety of different items across many categories. I also make sure not to upload similar content that I’ve previously submitted. I am 100% certain that my entire account doesn’t have more than three variations of any given item.Sometimes, I upload the same object in different styles.for example, a car in a 3D style and another version in watercolor or clay, so they are still distinct. (2 to 3 variations for each style) Is this a general issue that will be resolved soon, or is it only affecting me?
Hello,I created my Adobe Stock Contributor account in 2024. At that time, phone number verification was not mandatory. Recently, I have reached the payout threshold and now I need to verify my phone number. However, when I try to add or verify my phone number, the process fails. I do not receive any OTP/verification code, and sometimes I see an error message. I am located in Bangladesh, and it seems that the country code (+880) is not being accepted properly. This is preventing me from completing the verification process and withdrawing my payment.Could you please check this issue and let me know how I can verify my phone number?Thank you in advance for your support.@ContributorSupport please look into this matter.Best regards,Faija Akter.
Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Support,I have previously uploaded AI-generated vectors and illustrations, and I correctly checked the “Generative AI” box for those files. From now on, I plan to use AI only as a reference or concept inspiration and then completely redraw the artwork myself in Adobe Illustrator using the Pen Tool and other tool, creating all paths, shapes, and colors manually.Could you please confirm: for these fully hand-redrawn vectors and illustrations, do I still need to check the “Generative AI” box, or can I submit them as standard vectors without marking them as AI-generated?I want to follow Adobe Stock guidelines correctly and ensure my contributor account remains in good standing.Thank you for your guidance.Best regards,
Hello everyone,I primarily create AI-generated images using MidJourney, which I upload to Adobe Stock. I wanted to confirm if it is also possible to create images using Google Gemini without a paid plan and still upload those images to Adobe Stock. When I asked Gemini directly, it responded with "yes," but I would like a clear confirmation from the community or anyone with experience regarding licensing and usage terms. Thank you in advance for your guidance.
I submitted a set of 8 Halloween AI-generated images. All were rejected: 6 for “Quality Issues” and 2 for “Similar Content.”From my side, the files look sharp and clean without noise, so I’m not sure what triggered these rejections. Could you help point out what reviewers might see as problems? Thanks in advance for your feedback.
Hello, I’ve noticed that the approval rate has recently dropped sharply. Even when I upload content with different themes, the results remain the same. Does this mean I should pause uploading to avoid any potential negative impact on my account? Thank you for your help
I've figured out Shutterstock and am trying to expand to Adobe. I realize the quality expectations are different for different stock sites, but I can't seem to nail down what the biggest issues are with my images not being accepted. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason as to why some are accepted and not others, other than for "Quality" issues. I am using my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra phone camera. So, maybe my camera settings need fine-tuning? Or is it my composition, etc? Please share your tips, I'm new to this stock photo gig! Attached are several that didn't make the cut. THANKS! 🙂
Hello,I'm wondering if everyone is again having slow moderation times or if it's just my account? For a brief time, my images were being moderated so quickly I couldn't even keep up., but for the last month or so, it has slowed down to a crawl again and my images are building up. Any insight would be appreciated, thank you 😃
So recently i had mass rejection of my assets with reasoning "simillar content was found in our collection". However, i failed to find such assets myself when i searched the stock.
Is it useful to add the "ing" form of verbs of movement, action, or position to your KW list when you have already added the basic verb to your KW list? For a simple example ... sit, sitting, rest, resting, perch, perching ... I feel like this gets redundant, but my concern is if one only uses "sit" for an image's KW, the image will not show up in searches using "sitting" for a KW.
recently I am getting this (Similar content in our collection) reajection a lot So I thought let me upload images that are not in adobe stock like lion with butterfly images and It also got the same rejection reason lol ....... Am i wr=ong or you guys are facing the same problem?

I am new to Firefly and Ai creation. The attached images, created on Firefly 4 Ultra were rejected due to Quality Issues. Kinldy help me on exactly what the issues are and how I can correct it. I know Photoshop & Lightroom very well. Many Thanks [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
I am a new user and this is my first time creating an Adobe ID. I'm unable to verify my mobile number during the account setup process, as I keep receiving the error: "An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later," even though I entered my Pakistani number (+92) in the correct format. I’ve already tried different browsers, devices, cleared my cache, disabled VPN, and waited several hours, but the issue still persists. Please look into this problem, as it’s preventing me from completing my account setup. If possible, kindly verify my number manually or provide an alternative method to activate my account.
Hola la siguiente imagen se ha rechazado por falta de calidad. ¿podrian explicarme el porque?. gracias.
So recently i had mass rejection of my assets with reasoning "simillar content was found in our collection". However, i failed to find such assets myself when i searched the stock. For example, this is the rejected picture of the female monk in the pixel art style. And this is the results of the entire search results on this subject:There are no more pictures found. None of the found ones look simillar enough to justify such removal reason, especially if you consider the wording of the rejection:I fail to see how this character is too repetitive to the other female monk picture in pixel art style that are present on the site. Most of the other rejected pictures are the same. Few are indeed already have simillar assets, like wizards, for example, but absolute majority does not have any simillar analogues in database. So i can think about two possible reason for such rejections:1) Bot reviewed my content instead of human. This is the most likely one since the rejection rea
Hi,I recently uploaded these photos – raw material from my Canon camera, with very little editing. However, I'm getting a notification about quality issues.Does anyone have any tips?
The following image was rejected and really I can not figure it out why? Adobe tells us to ask people in this forum to critique it so I sure would appreciate your help to tell me what you think and why it was rejected. The image is A.I generated.
