I guess I'm now having my "Adobe Moment" with the Substance suite, but just deleting substance share without proper warning (like multiple emails, big popups on the legacy share etc. from the beginning) was the eye opener for me. I found that the subscription was an easy way to hook into a development that was moving towards goals that benefit me as a user, but decisions like that, show that there is no such understanding present in those making these decisions, so a subscription isn't warranted anymore. The decision to burn the combined user effort that people accumulated with their hard work, generosity and will to share knowledge over years, in favor of some silly corporate pipe dream, was nothing but insane, and showed profound disregard for the user. You lost a subscription customer, and I hope not just one.
So I stumbled upon a user re-uploading the same materials on Adobe Substance 3D Community Assets from another user. The materialsare identical, but the upload time is different. There is no referencing to the original creator. Look: I don't know where to find the "report the abuse" option.
I'm trying to set an easy workflow for artists (mainly without 3d experiance) to work in 3D Collection. Shouldn't the assets from sets be downloadable as separate objects? And have separate UVs? For example this hard cover book - https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets/collections/f79e7de8cf47a3658251ea233e0565b7bfd8c912/asset/93109c999d7b38c8cf54e7a0ffb5428b15c02273 - is supposed to be used for quick 3D mockup, but the opened and closed book is in one file with single UV map. I'd need external app to import, delete one of the books, maybe could count on AutoUVs from Painter - but still it's a couple of extra steps. Am I missing something? I know I can split the objects in Stager, but still, it's an extra step which people with 3D knowleadge can accept, but it's complicating workflow for people trying to get into 3D, whom, I suppose, Stager app and Assets are dedicated for. Thanks for any ideas in advance
Hey there, I really need some assistance. We had thousands of points in our Substance Account, and since Adobe took over and replaced all their schemes and accounts with the new ones, we now have zero assets and zero points!I ensured I linked our old account with my adobe one, but something appears to be very wrong. Please can someone from support contact me, and we can work together to resolve this major issue? Thanks,T
Hi there, I linked our Allegorithmic Account, as was mandated, ages ago, but all of our purchased assets and all of the points (3000+) have completely disappeared. Please can we have these placed back into our account ASAP? ThanksT
I don't know where to post this but I'll post it here and you can move to a new site if possible. I'm trialing the new substance site and look forward to the reasonable payments monthly for the new product. I have the following questions: 1. The old site had a PBR guide that was from 2018. Will that be refreshed? (See attached).2. The old substance site had installers for Windows, Mac, and Linux. Should I download these or will CC be able to detect my OS version. I didn't know there was a substance version for linux. Looking forward to using this amazing product!!
Hello, are there additional options for purchasing assets other than the monthly etc. subscription plans that I'm taken to when browsing the store,. e. g. (and most logically) on a per asset base? Maybe hidden away somewhere? I'm afraid that none of what I'm currently seeing makes a lot of sense to me. As I understand it, I'd have to pay for a yearly(!) team subscription if I wanted to download, say, 55 assets right now. And what would I do if I needed to download more than 100 (not sure what "pooled between team members" means, but I guess 100 total)? Wait a month? A substance texture is one asset/download, I assume? This whole time based approach seems utterly impractical and unintuitive to me as potential user/buyer. Let's say I get a monthly plan, I'd have to check each month in advance if I expect to need new assets in order to be able to cancel and not lose money (money that Adobe makes, which, quite frankly, seems to be the reason for pushing that kind of mod
I thought I did sync my Adobe account and my Substance account but it seems like it's not working properly. So when I log in to my Adobe account, it says Synchronise with Substance account. When I click it, Synchronising with Substance account appears and it goes back to Synchronise with Substance account. When I click on login with Substance, it says Link your Substance account to Adobe. When I click it, it takes me back to Adobe login page and it keeps cycling and cycling. Are my Substance and Adobe accounts synced? Or is it not working? [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]
I work as a freelance 3D artist and want to confirm that I'm able to use the free textures from the Substance 3D Community Assets on my client's projects as long as I include the orginial creators name on the project release, correct? For reference, I modeled characters for my client's nft project and have different texture varitions on each of the renders. Although I made many textures myself in substance painter I want to utlize some of the free community textures, but want to confirm for legal reasons how to properly credit the orginal artist.
I have a fairly large collection of licensed materials through Substance Source/Creative Cloud Substance 3D Assets that I use between my desktop and laptop. I am trying to find out if there is a way to send all of the licensed assets to Substance Painter at the same time, rather than going to each individual material and selecting "send to Substance Painter." Making sure I have access to my full library of materials on both my laptop and desktop is important but going through the library and trying to remember which assets are already installed is tedious and time consuming. Is there a better way to go about this?
My previous albedo account failed to subscribe to the subscription points. I re established the account, but it seems that I forgot to synchronize the old account of the subscription. Is there any way to recover the previous resources?
My subscription is paid for this month (painter, designer etc...) BUT I CAN'T ACCESS substance Source. Cherry on the cake I lost ALL my points !What happens ?????????????
Hello, I will subscribe to substance 3d assets to use in my game. But there is something I need to know, can these assets be used in a commercial game and if I do not continue to subscribe after I have enough assets, will I have a license problem?
Hi, I’m just wondering about usage rights and ownership of assets on Abode Substance Source, more specifically the 3D models. Im slightly confused as I seem to have found 2 conflicting things. Firstly is a newsletter put out stating “ You can do whatever you want with the library’s 3D models! There is no limitation of use for any type of project. Marketing, commercials, movies, video games — you have complete freedom!” Next is the terms, Im just wondering if the restrictions under terms actually allow you to without limit `use models commercially` like the article says, or if its some grey area / miscommunication between teams etc or even if I have misunderstood. I have tried to find an email to ask this more directly. Once I did find one to ask, the reply I got back was "I am sorry but this is not the correct group to answer that question." So without further help from that source im back to searching for another email to ask and in the meantime posting here t

Hi,how do I transfer all my Allegorhitmic Substance credits to my Adobe CC account to be able to use the credits to download assets (from Adobe Substance 3d Assets) once the Allegorhitmic Substance-Service will shut down in September?I dont have a running Adobe 3d subscription since I have perpetual Allegorhitmic Substance licenses and dont need additional licenses by subscribing to Adobe 3d tools for a whole new year...Thanks for every hint, best R.
Hello, small issue I found in the asset library: this material"Dirty Cinderblock Wall"https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets/allassets/bac4b2d1fe6a9f00218b9cdecd8f5facf71c5c54?q=cinderblock&u=cinderblockhas an abnormally large file size 280mb, instead of the usual 10kb - 20kb.
I am trying to download from source the "Cataphote Rear Wave Dents".By default, the normal maps are not downloading.I can modify the source in the webplayer. But how can you save your own preset and download your own preset with the normal map?
I subscribed to the 3d plan to transfer over about 700 source asset points. Can I refund the subscription and keep the points? Do I need to wait 14 days and then I can cancel? I've read elsewhere my points will be reset to zero if I do that. I'd just like to keep the points without spending extra money on a subscription for no reason since it won't be used. Thanks
I have had this issue several times already, I never had a Substance Allegorhithmic account, yet when I login online into my adobe account, I am most often than not, not able to access my download points. Just today I saw I had enough remaining, but when I visit the site again suddenly, even though I am logged it, and there can not be any confusion with a Substance account, since I never had one, I am not able to access my points. Sorry for repeating myself. Accidentally I sometimes am able fix it again, by logging in a different way, for example by pressing "launch" in the Creative Cloud desktop app on "Substance 3D Assets". However now it doesn't work that way either. What I fail to understand is why the website is not able the verify what benefits I am eligible to, and which not, even though I am logged in. Can someone explain to me the correct way to login to the Adobe website?
I used to have a lot of substance points, but after I clicked migrate, the adobe account did not increase the previous points. And I can't log in to my substance account.
Hi! I have a perpetual license for Substance Painter 2019, and was wondering if I could move that license over to my Adobe account, since Substance3D's legacy website is being shut down later this year and I'd like to keep having access to the license key when needed.

Several users try logging into : https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets/ But get an error message that reads: The users have valid Substance 3D collection licenses assigned to their email addresses which they are using to try to log in.The same credentials worked to license their adobe apps. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
