Acrobat PRO DC scaling of windows and buttons not following Windows 10 scaling

Using Acrobat PRO DC, Windows 10 PRO, Eizo 27" monitor 2560 x 1440, Windows scaling 200%

Until recently the scaling of PDF files and the scaling of the Acrobat windows (e.g. Preferences) were more or less correct. After an update the scaling of PDF files is still correct. But the size of the text in the various Acrobat windows (and buttons) is very small. I hardly can read it.

Please fix this, otherwise Acrobat is useless for me.

Hi Henri

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, Acrobat PRO DC scaling of windows and buttons not following Windows 10 scaling

Please go to Edit > Preferences > General > Under 'Scale for screen resolution', toggle between Auto Detect and No scaling and see if that works for you.

Also go to Edit > Preferences > Page Display > Under Resolution Toggle between 'System setting' and 'Custom resolution' and check.

Hope this information will help

Regards

Amal

"Please go to Edit > Preferences > General > Under 'Scale for screen resolution', toggle between Auto Detect and No scaling and see if that works for you."

Changing it to "No scaling" made it even worse.

Your other suggestion did not help either.

I don't know what has been changed. I never had this problem before.

I did not create a new user profile. I noticed my question is not correct. On my desktop Windows scaling is 200%. I got back to 125% and 150% and noticed the Adobe windows are even smaller. So it follows the Windows 10 scaling.

However, not so long ago the Adobe windows were much bigger, sometimes even with a scoll bar at the right side. This has changed recently. As stated before, one or two years the text in de Adobe windows was very large. With non-resizable Adobe windows, I was unable to go to the OK button.

In short, something has changed in the Adobe Acrobat DC program.

Hi there

We are sorry to hear that. Would you mind sharing a small video recording of the issue for a bette runderstanding?

Also please try reset the Acrobat preferences as described here - https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 and see if that works for you.
