How can I configure a new signature option for Acrobat?

I have created an automated flow in Power Automate to Request signatures via email
once the Document is received to sign it, it is opened in Acrobat using the edge browser and requests to sign the Document,
Until this moment everything was fine, this is when acrobar shows me 4 signing options (typing with the keyboard, adding an image, by phone message and
writing on the screen) but none of these are the ones I need (all the previous ones lack data on the signer and they are not legally endorsed in my country),
My question is how to add the option to sign with a physical token? I clarify that by physical token I mean a physical card and its reader or USB Certificate that connects
to the equipment and that works to add a digital signature to the Document endorsed by a Certified entity.

It seems that you are using the normal signature field in the document. If yourequire the digital certificate, add the digital signature field in the form. Please refer to the following help document to check the form field types available in Acrobat Sign: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/field-types.html

If the options does not appear, check if you digital signature options is enabled or not under the account settings.

Hello, this is not entirely correct, and I am responding so that anyone who runs into this same problem does not rack their brains trying to solve it, in the current year of 2024 it is not possible to use Digital certificates for Acrobat Reader that involve automated flows from Power Automate or Sharepoint, this includes Digital and Electronic Signatures, the only one that works is the OnCloud signature from providers approved by Adobe, I have already confirmed this with Adobe Acrobar Support and several Microsoft Collaborators.

It should also be noted that not all of these providers operate at a global level and in several cases they are not fully approved by local laws, so if you plan to hire one of these services you must carry out the relevant research to see if any of these are suitable for your work.
