960x1200 size with video

Why when I do a 960x1200 size and attempt to download as a mp4 I get a black screen of my deliverable? deliverable

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know which platform you are using? Is it desktop or mobile? If you are on a mobile platform, did you try signing out and signing back in again to check if that helps?

Also, if you are using a desktop, try using another browser try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference.

Hi @Ulrike321038389vbe, Jessica_9163! Can you please confirm what video resolution you're selecting when downloading the video project? We'd also like to know the workflow you're following while creating the project. Are you adding any audio to it, and are you uploading media from your device? 

 

Also, I tried creating a project using the Adobe stock video and audio, resizing it to 960x1200, and exporting it with Custom, 1080p, and 4K video resolution, and it seems to work fine! 

Can you share a screen recording of the workflow? Would you be willing to share the project with edit access to us privately so we can also test it there?

Hi Amitej S,

I tried several video solutions. The final video has no more than 70 seconds.

I did not add audio, the audio was integrated in the video.

I uploaded very short videos from my device and then put several scenes together.

All this I did before on Adobe Express and that worked without any problem.

I did even empty the cache of the browser and tried different browsers (firefox, chrome) which are all updated.
