Adobe Express for Mac - Why so buggy?

Latest iOs. Last week, the problem was that I couldn't download my finished document. Had to go to my phone to do that instead. Today, I'm trying to create a new document but the area to the left of the document is shaded over and I can't add anything to the page. Adobe Express could be a huge threat to Canva but it's way too buggy and every day I have a new issue with it.

 

And, I'd much prefer to be talking to someone in customer service than having to post to a community when I have one of the regular issues that occur.

Hi @Darren37464268tngl. Here are some suggestions to fix this:

Restart the app: Close Adobe Express completely and reopen it to see if the issue resolves itself.

 

Check for updates: Make sure your app and iOS version are up-to-date. Sometimes these glitches are resolved with newer updates.

 

Try another browser or reinstall the app: If you're using the web version or if the issue continues on the app, reinstalling might reset any misbehaving elements.

Clear cache: Sometimes, clearing the app's cache or reinstalling the app can resolve such issues.
