Adobe Express will open but not load any files or new projects

Since Autumn 2024 I've been unable to access my past files or create new ones. It sticks at the loading screens below if I try to create anything new (e.g. upload a new image, create a square IG file) or open anything I created in the past. If I leave the tab or app open for a length of time it never loads.

Over the past few weeks I've tried making a new Adobe account, using a different OS macbook pro, using the desktop app, upgrading via the free trail and clearing memory storage but the same error occurs.

I was using this programme on a daily basis for light image editing but have had to switch to canva, but keen to switch back if anyone knows how to fix it?
