95% of the time when I am uploading files for enhancement the upload fails. Doesn't matter what browser or time of day. I can drag drop 1 or more files or browse to and select...they start uploading and fail. Over and over and over again until FINALLY it finishes and begins processing. Its not my internet, my device, my browsers or my files. What's the deal here? I'm paying $11 a month for this and its frankly unacceptable. After being fed up I contacted support, waited 30 min for help to be told they can't help and I had to come to the forums for help. So here I am. Please help... I have deadlines
