Bug: Linked brands/libraries not visible in shared template projects

New Here ,
Sep 29, 2025 Sep 29, 2025

Last week between September 24/25 we noticed a change in the Adobe Express Project viewing: We could no longer see Brands or Librairies linked to the project. Inicially we only looked for the folder that it has been shown as before, but found that the side tab "Project Info" now in includes linked Brands and Libraries - however non of the pre-existing connections are shown, so we don't have any linked material for our users accessing with a link.

We use the Projects to share templates internally in our orginisation, but since it is with 80+ people we only share the link and not add people with mail. Until now we have had Brand folders with logos and graphic elements that the users can change with the quick replace function, but with the new setup the folders are no longer visible for the people accessing and opening templates.

September 25 and 26 we have expiremented with linking up Brands and Libraries to make it visible for the shared users, but with no luck, our internal users who is invited with a link can't see the shared graphics.

Is it no longer an option to share graphics, Brands or Libraries with collaborators expect from inviting mannually with emails?

We are testing in browser (Chrome + Explore) on both Mac and Windows mashines.

Hi @Charlotte Bro37529716ku05,

Thank you for the detailed report! We understand how frustrating it is that Brands and Libraries aren’t visible in shared projects. We’ve shared your case with our engineering team. Does this happen with all projects? You could try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.

Thanks!

So far we have tested on 2 different Editor accounts and 2 different User/Viewer accounts (all 4 are individual machines), same issue. It is with all Projects that we have moved with the new update where Brands are no longer used for tempaltes.

Hi @Charlotte Bro37529716ku05 ,

Is the issue only happening when coming via link? If a user goes into project, are they able to see the linked brands?

Thanks

As far as we know yes, it is only users coming in with a link. The people (primarly "admins") invited via mail, and therefor have the Project under their Projects tab, are able to see both Brand and Librairy through browser or app when using a template.

It works with Brands now when we test, thank you! What seemed to be the issue?

Libraries still aren't visible for users entering though the link.

Hi @Charlotte Bro37529716ku05,

We’re glad to hear that Brands are now working for you — thanks for the update!

Regarding Libraries, could you confirm:

  • Does this happen with all projects or only specific ones?

  • Are users on desktop, mobile, or both?

We’ve shared this with our engineering team, and any additional details you provide will help them investigate and resolve the issue faster. Thanks for your patience!
