Can't find original Adobe Express file after converting it into a template.

Posting in behalf of a user, 

 

She created a template in Adobe Express. It duplicates the original into our brand and locks elements. The original should be accessible from personal files. She can see the template in the brand but cannot locate the original file in her personal files. It's almost like it disappeared. Has anyone else had this problem before?

  1. Check “Your Stuff” in Adobe Express – Look under "Projects" in the personal workspace to see if the file is still there.
  2. Search for the File Name – Use the search bar in Adobe Express to locate the file.
  3. Check Brand Assets – If the template is locked and only editable within the brand, the original may have been absorbed into the brand’s template library.
