Cannot Download Adobe Express project

Hello!

I have finished an Adobe Express project and am trying to download it to my computer. When I hit Download in the upper right-hand corner, the message attached pops up.

This message has popped up for me ever since the new adobe express was pushed out -- so i know no one is "working on it". The same happens if i select "share" also at the top right.

Im unsure which version of the adobe express app im running -- but its not the old one that worked. Im using a PC that is running Windows 10 (i think). I use adobe in Google Chrome version 122.0.6261.70(64-bit). Could the browser be the issue?

Thank you for any help you may be able to provide.

Hi @Stacie29410664u687

If you create a duplicate of the project and attempt to download that version, do you encounter the same error? Would it be possible share a link to the project here if you feel comfortable doing so?

Thanks,
Dave

Hi David -- Yes, I do get the same error. Download, Link and Share all return the error "we're working on your file. you'll be able to download/share soon"

Hi

@Stacie29410664u687

,

We're sorry to hear about this. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

If you've recently installed any third-party extension or pop-up blocker, please try disabling them to see if that makes any difference.

Regards,

Tarun

Hi Tarun - If I log in using edge, will I need to log out in Chrome? I have a project in Express (the one in question) that I'd rather not lose. Because I cannot download or share, I also cannot save....

Thank you!

Thanks for your response. Have you tried switching the internet connection to check if that helps? If that doesn't help, I'd recommend reaching out to and working with our support directly as a next step. They can be reached here: https://adobe.ly/3ThB09f
