Can you specify what kind of crash you are experiencing with AX? Please let us know if you see any error messages while the app crashes. Please share the screenshot of the error message. When exactly does the app crash? What were you doing just before it crashed?
Can you specify the device and browser version? Do they meet the current system requirements?
Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
