We have been trying to download a student project.  We are using Adobe Express for Enterprise on a MacBook Pro/Air and Chrome.

The download pocresses about 50% and then we receive this error message.

The issue recurs on Safari.  Suggestions?

Sadly, I've been unable to replicate this error.

It may help you log off Adobe Express and clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest version using a different browser or incognito mode. If this didn't help, you could also try restarting your device.
