I'm also having the same issue. I can no longer customize duotone colors. I really need this feature for my job tasks. Please let us know if there's a work-around to change colors in Adobe Express.
On IOS you can change the two colours for Duetone effect on images. But on the Desktop version it doesn't show you the two colours to change. It only changes one of the colours.
Way too many bugs guys... please sort this out. You can't charge for something that doesn't work correctly. Please custom duotone settings have disappeared and there's no way to change duotone to custom colours. PLEASE fix this - this is needed for designers!!!
Me too - I've also reported this today - it's wild they are charging for this platform when it's so badly checked for bugs. They are not testing it enough at all!!!
Incorrect - you can only change one colour using that setting! The bug is that you can't change both colours in the Duotone filter (as you can on IOS) ... bug has not been fixed!!!
Agreed. This has become typical of Adobe over the last 5 or more years, particularly since Creative Cloud as a whole; charging an obtuse amount of money for software that fails at even the most basic tasks, and when one bug is fixed, three more are introduced. It's even worse with Express because it's entirely online; there's no reverting updates or even stopping updates, so if they manage to get everything mostly/perfectly stable, it likely won't last, and there's nothing we can do about it. It's awful.
Cannot select two colours (shadows and highlights) to make gradients etc. In the effects section when editing images, there is no option to select shadows and highlights. Can only select one photo at a time.
when I select an element it wont let me change the 2nd color in the duo tone & just lets me change 1, so it has a tint of a random color I did not choose.
there is no shadows-highlights section in duotone "custom" option. I can't use the custom settings or choose colors for both shadows and highlights since I can't switch off between shadows and highlights. I use the latest chrome, so this is not about out of date browser. please help.
