Error Connecting LinkedIn with Adobe Express

Participant ,
Aug 27, 2025 Aug 27, 2025

I cannot connect to a LinkedIn page. I get the attached screenshot. Have tried ocver a dozen times.

  • I have signed out and back into both Adobe Express and LinkedIn.
  • I have tried to use connect and reconnect.
  • I deleted the connection and tried to connect afresh after again signing out and in of Express and LinkedIn
  • I tried using the 'LinkedIn filter' which seemed to work for one user.
  • I have confirmed that I have Super Admin rights for the LinkedIn page.
  • Adobe Express can 'see' the LinkedIn page but will not connect.

I have the same issue - LinkedIn just will not connect and gone through similar steps (logging out of LinkedIn + Adobe, clearing cache, etc).

I am a superadmin, so it's not permission-based and has always allowed me to connect/refresh connections in the past.

Hi @DJCopa,

Thanks for letting us know. We understand how frustrating it is that LinkedIn won’t connect despite having Super Admin permissions and trying the usual troubleshooting steps.

We recommend trying the connection specifically via the LinkedIn tab in Adobe Express, as this has worked for some users when the main accounts tab fails.

If the issue persists, please share your Adobe ID, device, and browser/app version so our team can investigate further. You can also contact support directly here: https://adobe.ly/45A7wd2.

We appreciate your patience while we work on resolving this.

As I said, @mahmoud_5524 this has already been tried to effect.

As I said, @mahmoud_5524 this has already been tried to no effect. (Sorry, my previous post said 'to efeect' rather than to 'no effect'!

After trying this literally 50+ times, it connected - nothing I did changed. I really think this needs looking at.

I was just about to reply to you, as I have been speaking to Adobe Support, and I tried this 'fix' again, and it worked (I had tried it previously, just like you).

Hi, working with the filtered connection set to LinkedIn specifically, but it is sporadic, as tried it lots before and only now got it reconnected.

Cheers.
