We have deployed a fix for this bug. Please give it a try now and let us know if you continue to run into issues using the eye dropper (you may need to restart the app). Sorry for the incovenience.

Our developers are aware of the issue and working on a fix which should be available soon. The issue only occurs on mobile and not web. Thank you for your patience while we get this sorted.

The Adobe Express eye dropper isn't working in the video editor application.  I dumped my cache but still not working online.  Any help would be great.  thank you
