Failed to license one or more images

Hi there, I use Adobe Express constantly for designing posters and the stock photos are so useful! Suddenly just starting today I am unable to license any photos. It feels like a bug because I've logged in, out, deleted the app, redownloaded, and checked to make sure my account is still active. Any help would be awesome because I need this tool lol

I'm hav the same issue. I used it earlier today without any problems and now I'm getting an error message on every image I try to use. I uninstalled ans reinstalled the app, logged out and back on and restarted my phone. The issue is only happening on the mobile app, not on my desktop version. I prefer to work on the app. I use this every day for my social media so this is a problem.

I'm experiencing the exact same issues, except yesterday I was able to access the library.  Please help Adobe, there is no solution for this on the forums.

Also, wanted to add that although it fails to license. It does come up in my license history.

My solution to this problem has been to switch to Canva. After playing around with canva for less than an hour, I realized it's much more user friendly. I'm a graphic designer but I enjoy making quick social media graphics on my phone. I've been using a free trial from Adobe Express that I got through Etsy and I'm so glad I haven't paid for it yet. I've noticed since this glitch happened that there are new images in my recent license history that I never selected or used. What the heck?

Another user posted on another thread about the same issue that it's a site/web issue, Adobe is aware, and it could take take 24-48 hours to fix.

There seem to be an issue at the moment as many people experience it, Please see this thread

If you need your question to be added there, let me know and I'll transfer your question to this thread...
If the developpers come to a fix (which will be hopefully very soon) they're more likely to update the main thread.
