Freezing and projects disappearing

I've been experiencing a lot of freezing and issues with refreshing my Adobe Platform. It takes a very long time to refresh and it freezes all the time and stuff doesn't appear as It should. I'm also missing a page in one of my Projects file I need to determine how to retrieve it or what happened. It just disappeared. This is not the first time the first time I thought perhaps I might have accidentally deleted one of my animation projects, but I'm certain that that project disappeared as well as this one it just disappeared. One day it was there and the next day without even interacting with the project. It was not no longer there.

This can be a bit frustrating for sure.

The team has been working on thing in the backroom, getting ready for Adobe Max. Things like this sometimes happen. The projects do tend to appear later. Let the team know if this keeps reoccurring and if your projects don't reappear.
