Internal Server Error - Adobe Express Character Animation Upload

Hi, I have a project to create a presentation using Adobe Express. Today, while I was testing to see what my project could look like, I tried to upload some audio for a character to say. It gave me the "Internal Server Error" and the "Submission Error". I'm not sure why I've been given this, and lots of searching later I'm still not sure of the reason 😅 The file was 413KB, and only 1.55 min long, which was under the 2 minutes and 1GB limit. 

I'm using my university account, and as far as I know, I've updated to the right version. I'm using the application in a Chrome browser, and have tried clearing my history, cache and cookies. If someone could help asap that would be great since this project is due next Friday and I still have a lot to do.

I am having this problem and I am working on a school project with my son and he has done half of it in adobe animate character AI and now we can't finish it! :o(

Hi @kylie_3503, Welcome to our Adobe Express community! I just tried creating an animated character, and it works fine for me. I'm working on a Chrome browser on Windows 11. Can you try once in private/incognito mode to see if that makes any difference? Also, ensure that the internet you're using is stable.
