Links on video

I didn't think links on a video would work, but recently I've seen the link button appear. I've successfully added a link to a couple of text fields, but when I've downloaded the video to test, the links don't work. Should the links be disabled when it's within a video being created, or will those links actually work when published on Social Media?... I doubt it but wanted to ask/check.

Hello @GSWiFiMan and @Carole26274142m77z I'll try and answer this for you. The MP4 video format, which most of us use for social media/You Tube does not support clickable links. It is possible when uploading to a platform like YouTube to add clickable links e.g. info cards but they are done by the platform, not by Adobe Express.

Hi Jane
Thanks for trying to help. I have not included any attempts to add clickable links in the latest flyer, or any of my previous posts. Two tested previous posts that were successfully posted over last week, will no longer upload. So for sure something has happened at the Adobe end that has changed something. I'm also finding that where it would normally automatically suggest a series of font options to you in a visual format (in side bar) it now struggles to do that... i.e. like the upload you see a series of grey rectangles all whirling away... but the font options never appear. This has only happened in connection with the current problem of video or graphic files just refusing to upload to the social media posts.
Everything 2 days ago worked fine.
