I have several web pages made with Spark, and managed to find one in Recents, but I can't find any more, and the one I just adapted and updated is not in my file either. I absolutely do not want AI anything at present and just want the work I have already made.

Please see this article for locating files created in earlier versions of Express (including Spark)

Files edited in the current version should be in https://new.express.adobe.com/your-stuff/files

I would also look in your browser history. Unless you were using an incognito/private browsing mode or have cleared the history,  typing "new.express.adobe.com/webpage" in your browser's address bar should show entries related to the web page you edited.
