Please share the platform you're working on. Is it the webapp on a desktop browser, or are you on a mobile app (iOS/Android)? Also, let us know if the image you're uploading is from your local drive or if it's an Adobe Stock image. We'd also need to know if this happens with every image or just any specific one.
Could you share the workflow you're following to upload the image, including the app crash and the error you mentioned? A screen recording would be helpful.
