Published Adobe Express link does not open

Community Beginner ,
Nov 17, 2023 Nov 17, 2023
I have a webpage on Adobe Express that we use to provide the community with updates from the Town. We have been utilizing this for some time without issue. Now the published link no longer works, instead when someone uses the link it requests that they log into Adobe. https://express.adobe.com/page/sUmYV1wFCjDSY If I log in, I receive error 404. I have tried some troubleshooting. Unpublished all pages, duplicated the project, made changes, republished, but always receive the same broken link. Thank you for any help you might can provide.

Hi @Town33694561at93,

Sorry to hear about the issue and for not answering you sooner.

We can access the webpage from this link: https://adobe.ly/4bDTXKE. Can you access it?

Did you make some modifications before the troubleshooting? The error 404 may happen with a mistyped URL or if you have moved or deleted content.

If the issue persists, please send a screenshot of the 404 page.

We're looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you,

Winnie

I am having the same problem with my Adobe Express Page.  It worked for years and I even migrated it from Spark without any major issues, but after todays updates it gives me a 404.  https://express.adobe.com/page/Iqz1YfhFPPnKj

Whats really strange is the URL redirects....  see the browser screenshot below.

I am experiencing the same issues where the link points to a log-in page, then a 404 splash page. I have tried all of the same troubleshooting.

Hi @bend46394883

I'd suggest republishing the project. If you try this but continue to face problems please post back

Thanks,
Dave

Hi, I'm having this same issue. Made edits to the site and now the "404 error" message keeps popping up.

I'm experiencing this issue, too. Is there a resolution?

How did you generate that unique "adobe.ly" link? Express doesn't publish links in that fashion. That might be the fix?

@Winnie_MHow did you generate that link? Users can only generate a link that has "express" in the URL.

Hi @JohnnyRed1905,

I have sent you a DM so you can share with me the affected URL link with access to edit, so I can share it with our developers for further investigation.
