Sharing bug

I click the Share button and 50% of the time it fails to load the share options. Then that can work, but the individual choice of channels doesn't load. Have to refresh the web browser once or twice before it kicks in and works! Is there a Desktop version of Adobe Express as I see others referencing that but I cannot see that option and am using the online web browser option at this time.
